Chapter 17

It was like needles stabbing into her legs with each step she took. Jieun's heart raced from how nervous she was. She was only meeting Changbin's members, nothing over the top.

The male had told her to head to the JYP building and inside he would be waiting in the café to bring them up.

It would be the first time meeting some of the others. She had met Felix and Hyunjin already as they came to the busking event. It felt a little better knowing that Beom and Yin are going to be there. They could translate everything and she wouldn't have to type or write all her words.

The large building came into view as they continued down the sidewalk. Beom linked their arms together, noticing Jieun tensing up as her pace slowed.

"You'll be just fine," Beom told her as they came up to the door.

The smell of the coffee blasted her nose as they opened the door. There were a few customers inside having quiet conversations with one another. There was one person off to the side with a black hoodie on a mask hiding his face.

Jieun pointed over to the male, immediately knowing that it was Changbin sitting off to the side. The group pushed through the tables and chairs to the male.

He looked up at them. Pulling down his mask to his chin as he smiled at them.

"I'll take you there. Follow me," he directed. He waved with his hand as they went into the doors and passed by the front counter. Changbin let them know that they were all with him.

They have suspicious looks on their face as he was with three females trailing behind him. Jieun tried to not make eye contact with them as she shuffled by.

They took the elevator as Changbin pressed one of the buttons. It shook before moving to the correct floor.

Jieun was amazed by the whole building the more they walked through it. It was neatly decorated and had plenty of excellent parts that were everywhere. Plants were scattered around the building, making it feel fresh.

"Here we are," Changbin told them and opened the door.

Inside, seven men were relaxing on the floor. They scrolled through their phones or were huddled closely with one another, having a conversation.

They sprang onto their feet when they noticed them standing there. They all were very handsome and had bright faces.

"Hello, we are Stray Kids."

They all bowed to us as we did the same in return. Jieun could pick out Hyunjin and Felix from the crowd as they gave little waves to her.

"Ah, why don't we introduce ourselves," one of the shorter males said. "I'm the leader, Bang Chan."

"Minho," the next one said. He didn't say much, probably a little nervous about meeting someone for the first time which Jieun totally understood.

"We've already met, but I'm Hyunjin," he smiled.

The next one was much more energetic. He kept rocking back and forth on the balls of his feet. His eyes were wide with excitement.

"Hi, my name is Jisung," he said, giving them a toothy grin.

Felix was next. His whole aura was a ball of sunshine. He was leaning against one of the other members that hadn't been introduced yet until after Felix.

"I'm Seungmin." He gave a small wave as the last one stepped forward. Jieun could tell that he was the youngest. All of the other members' eyes shone as they stared at the male.

"I am Jeongin," he smiled.

It was their turn. Beom and Yin quickly introduced themselves while Jieun raised her hands. She did a quick bow before signing out her introduction.
