Despite the separation of Team Arch, the Arch Foundation, now led by Austin MacGyver, continues their work as usual. While Austin and his team handled international missions, Malcom Coleman and his friends handle domestic missions that are considered too difficult for standard SWAT teams. During the development of this idea, a young girl named Ren Hazuki joins them, having travelled across the world after being kicked out of Yuigaoka Academy.
