15: Meow

"Why are you glaring at me?" Jisung asked the actor while locking the door to his apartment, meanwhile, Minho just leaned against the wall, still glaring at the younger.

Jisung internally laughed at the silence he received from the older, knowing the reason very well.

A few moments ago.

"Clean the mess." The younger exclaimed, pointing at the fruit mess created by the older as he leaned against the wall with raised eyebrows.

"Why should I?" Minho asked with an equally challenging voice, "I'm your guest." Jisung shrugged his shoulders.

"I don't care whether you are my guest or not, I can't tolerate people like you creating a mess in my house." He said, "Now clean it. We are getting late."

Minho didn't say anything. Pushing his hands into the pant pockets, he turned on his heels, "I'm leaving. It's your house so you should clean it." He didn't get any reply from the younger, which made him turn around to see Jisung looking at him with an unimpressed look. "What?"

"How are you going?" That's when something clicked in his mind.

You see, even though Minho knew how to drive he didn't know where the younger lived, and the fact that he didn't know where the car keys were kept made it easy for Jisung to manipulate further.

Minho chuckled a bit awkwardly while Jisung forced out a smile, mocking the older. "Now let's start. Shall we?" the younger asked, raising his eyebrows, the forced smile still plastered on his face.

In the end, he just made the actor clean the mess himself.

Angry Minho can break the hell, but an angry Jisung can destroy the hell and summon it again only to repeat the action until he gets satisfied.

"You made me clean," Minho exclaimed following Jisung to the elevator while the door got closed.

"Yes and?" Jisung asked, pressing on the B1 button where his car was parked.

"Which I have never done before." Minho exclaimed following the younger who left the elevator when the elevator reached B1. Jisung moved to the driver side and looked at Minho.

"It's better to learn a few things with practice. You are a grown man anyway." He grinned, opening the car door, entering inside while Minho looked away and puffed out a breath in annoyance.

The trip to Incheon was awfully silent. Neither of them were ready to strike up a conversation as their mind was occupied with various thoughts. Jisung hummed a song that Minho felt awfully familiar with, but didn't dare to point out.

He glanced out with crossed arms and sighed out. Feeling bored, he looked at the younger one, who looked like he was enjoying the trip.

Seems like the younger liked silence. Minho started tuning the radio and a familiar song started playing over the radio, spreading the essence of music throughout the atmosphere.

Hearing the familiar music and the voice behind the music made Jisung's hands grip the steering wheel tightly. Without much thought, he tunes down the radio annoying Minho.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" Minho asked, annoyed, whereas Jisung took a deep breath and gestured at Minho,

"I hate hearing songs from the radio. Use the Bluetooth connector."

"Whatever, I lost interest in hearing it anyway," Minho exclaimed, anger radiating from his voice. The atmosphere once again got wrapped with silence but this time it was more awkward than before.

Time flies when they reach their destination at the time of sunset. It was Minho's first time to enjoy such a drive even though it was awkward.

He hasn't been to Incheon before and seeing the scenery and the aesthetic world that showcases the colors from the sunset made it even more of a relaxing journey.

They passed a handmade pottery shop, and watching it so near made Minho keep staring at the passing shops like a curious kid.

Even though Jisung's eyes were on the road, he observed the elder while side glancing, and without knowing a small smile spread over his lips.

Silly old man.

It was ten past seven when they reached Jisung's house and to their surprise, they saw another car, parked near Jisung's house.

"That's my family." Jisung nodded at Minho's words and he accidentally stared at the older, the latter doing the same.

Both of them froze as they kept staring at each other. Both of their minds somehow drive to their first kiss, making their heartbeat pick up. Jisung gulped, his cheeks pressed out and he broke their eye contact, feeling flustered.

Minho looked away equally flustered. He was glad that the younger broke eye contact or else he didn't know what he would have done.

A small knock on the window brought them back on track. Jisung pulled the window down to see a smiling teenage girl, waving at them.

"You are Jisung oppa, right?" She asked, and then her eyes landed on the person next to Jisung.

"Meow!" She yelled, startling the younger man.

"Ava!" Minho equally screamed, getting out of the car to embrace the little girl in his protective arms. "I missed you, my baby." Jisung got out of the car and got the view of the younger girl.

No wonder she looked familiar. He thought, remembering the frame he saw when he was at Minho's place.

"Hey, it's cold out here. Let's get inside the house, shall we?" Jisung's exclamation made the siblings break the hug.

"Yes, Jisung oppa," Ava replied, smiling. She looked at the pair and left them alone giggling a bit.

"Meow." Minho looked at the younger who looked everywhere but him.

Maybe I heard it wrong. Minho thought walking a bit forward.

"Meow." The older man stopped in his tracks and turned around, making Jisung giggle.

"Meow." He uttered one more time, making Minho's eyes wide open in shock.

When did he hear that!? Minho thought.

"Stop calling me that." He exclaimed, feeling heat spreading over his body. Something about the way the younger called him made the older feel tingles spreading inside his stomach.

"Why should I?" Jisung asked, walking past the older, while dragging his words, "Meow."

"Don't call me that!"

"What, Meow?"

"Shut up!"
