50: Chance?

"Jisung Oppa!" The wet clothes fell from Jisung's hands into the bucket of water as he looked up to see Hannah running towards him, screaming his name. Jisung gulped down the slight panic he felt upon getting startled by the girl.

"You startled me, Hannah." Hannah scratched her head, but suddenly she started panicking, making Jisung concerned.

"Hey, what happened?" He asked, leaving the unwashed clothes behind him, which they have to wear tomorrow when they leave for the city.

"Jisung Oppa, Uncle Minho isn't in the room." Jisung blinked his eyes. Previously he asked Hannah to bring Minho as Jisung wanted some help from the latter and he didn't want to burden the little girl off as she had helped him more than he asked for.

"What did you say?" Jisung panicked, holding her shoulders as he bent a bit to match with the girl's height.

"I didn't see Minho Oppa in the room. He is missing." Jisung without any delay rushed to the house –Hannah behind him– and when he reached the house, no one was inside. He turned towards Hannah, staring at her with panicking eyes.

"Oppa, let's search for him in the woods." Jisung nodded and both of them started their journey to search Minho in the woods.

Jisung was sure that no one had kidnapped the elder and at the same time Minho mustn't have crossed the wilds' territory and they were the only reasons that calmed him a bit.

They finally reached a point where two paths were shown. Jisung and Hannah looked at eachother then at the paths.

"Jisung Oppa, take this path. You will be reaching the cliff. I will take this path." Suggested Hannah.

"No, I am not letting you go alone in the woods."

" Oppa! We don't have much time. Look! The sun is about to set anytime soon." Jisung glanced above, watching the small lines of orange hue forming around the sky. He sighed, feeling defeated.

"Okay, but if you don't find him, immediately go back and inform the villagers okay? Don't wander around." Hannah nodded, showing an okay sign. She watched Jisung dashing towards the path she told him to take and grinned.

"What an acting Queen I am. The Ocsar needs me." She exclaimed, fanning herself as she turned her heels, walking back to the village." I better tell my father to enrol me in the acting class."

Jisung was frantically walking around, calling Minho's name aloud, his voice blooming around the woods, but no presence of Minho was seen. As he was nearing the cliff, he saw a familiar silhouette sitting on the ground, looking at the now dark orange sky.

"Minho?" The said silhouette was none other than Minho, which made it more sense to the younger one when Minho turned his head, looking at Jisung with a smile.

"You came, come sit here with me." Said Minho, patting the seat beside him.

"I can't. I have to inform Hannah about finding you, or else she will call the villagers."

"Don't worry, she won't." Minho said with a chuckle and something clicked inside Jisung's mind. He looked at the elder in disbelief.

"You planned this?" Minho chuckled, nodding, making Jisung facepalm. "You're unbelievable." He exclaimed, walking towards the elder, taking a seat beside him.

They sat there in silence, watching the sun setting down the horizon, to welcome the darkness which would later get filled with another beautiful day.

"Beautiful." Jisung looked at his side, watching Minho's face glowing with the orange hue making him look handsome in Jisung's eyes. Jisung looked away, when they made eye contact feeling his heartbeat quickening at the ethereal sight.
