Amani's pov

Apparently non of my friends know I'm married only Mihran,Jamal and jidah know. As I said this wedding was quite depressing don't get me wrong I always thought of a beautiful grand wedding with someone I love unconditionally.

Like you get what I mean. Every girls wedding shouldn't be like this. I had everything planned even tho I didn't have a boyfriend I had hope of one day I would find love with someone who gets me you know and who wants me you know.

We plan. Allah plans this is probably the best for me. Fanan is still no where to be found and I'm worried sick. I know we don't get along but I'm really worried for my sister. I called Dad earlier and he said their still searching for her.

Aunty halima is worried sick I mean come on why wouldn't she. Her daughter's missing with no communicating or what so ever.

We've been in his house for almost a week now thank God the house is empty still lively tho unlike my house.

Areef went out in the morning and I'm alone. I and Areefs relationships is more of friends than married couple. We do talk a lot well let's say I do talk alot his not much of a talker.

The man hardly smiles he has a huge problem really but some how he finds me funny like...... tho there's this connection between us that gets very weird fast

I like manal shes really fun to be with and let's face it she's afraid of her brother in her words he doesn't smile and she isnt wrong.

I'm currently at his side of the house in the sitting room lying down. You know how children lie down on the chair with their legs up and their head dangling by the edge of the chair. Just upside down you get it. I'm watching God knows what and believe me I got bored really quickly.

I didn't hear from Jamal in a while I thought and took my phone from the center table and it fell right on my face. Ow I said to my self and stared laughing alone. I know I'm weird I called his number and it was switched off. Wow that's weird his phones never off I thought.

It's just right after Asr and I haven't eaten since morning and I'm not that hungry ya know.

I started singing a random song that popped into my head and my voice was vibrating. I started laughing because of the way I sound.

Well your weirder than I thought I heard a deep voice say and I looked up and there he was looking surprised by my position.

I was about to sit up but I hit my head on the table real fast. Damn it I forgot I thought and just tumbled backwards and fell right on the floor. Ow I said holding my head and I heard him burst out into bits of laughter.

Wow that's just cruel I said and stood up but I was quite dizzy but I still started walking to the room you could only imagine how I was walking in zig zag. He was still laughing his ass off and I just had to stay in one place or else I would hit my self again.

Alright come on he said as he came beside me and he led his hands around my waist. I wasn't even paying attention to my head anymore. All my brain was going to was the butterflies in my stomach going wild just because of his touch.

Wow I haven't felt this much butterflies ever since I saw des smile in never have I ever. Yeah I know that's ridiculous but have you seen the guy😭.

Sit he said and I came back to my senses. I sat on the edge of the bed and he stood there tall. What I asked with a raised eyebrow. You have a bump he said trying to hold in his laughter. You know Laugh all you want I said and he bursted out laughing.

I'm going to mamas place I said and stood up. Why he asked. I can't go to your mummy huh mamas boy I said mocking him. Yeah yeah mock me all you want he said and I chuckled.

A boil came out at the side of my stomach and it hurts bad. Dad normally squeezes the puss out for me. I would go to manal but she's not back yet.

I got my scarf from the bed and headed out. I headed to mamas room and I knocked. Come in I heard her say. I got in and closed the door behind me.

She saw me and a huge smile made it's way to her lips. Come my dear she said and I went deeper into the room. Sannu mama I said and she nodded.

Mama please could you help me with this it hurts wlhi I said and lifted my blouse a little because I have scars that I'm not willing for anyone to see.

Sure sure she said and touch it and I flinched. Sorry she said and I smiled. She got a pin and tissue and made stand in front of her.

She burst it open and she pulled me closer. She started squeezing it and I swear to you I was holding in my tears. I let my blouse go to whip the tears that escaped from my eyes.

She moved my blouse from touching the boil and she stoped. She whipped the puss and the blood and I felt her touch my scars.

I looked at her and she gave me the look of what happened. It's nothing mama I said and let go of the blouse.

Halima did this to you didn't she? she asked and I kept quiet. Halima did this to you didn't she?she asked again and I was quiet. Tell me Amani don't worry.

Mama it was a long time ago and it's in the past I said with a smile. Has he seen it she asked and I knew who she was talking about.

No no he hasn't seen it I said and she looked at me. She lifted my blouse again and she looked at it. Subhanallah Amani what did she do to you she said.

Before I could answer the door flew open and there was Areef by the door. I immediately let go of my blouse and he stoped and looked at both mama and I.

Hmm he said and walked closer toward us. What's going on he asked. Nothing Areef mama said and rolled her eyes. It can't be nothing she's crying he said and pointed at me.

No I'm not I said and chuckled whipping my tears. A boil came out for her so I helped her squeeze it that's all I said and he didn't seem convinced.

Ohk fine he said and sat beside his mum and gave her a bone crushing hug. One thing I actually like wait strike that. Only thing I love about Areef is he loves his mum like mad and he isn't ashamed to show it.

A smile made it's way to my lips with the sight in front of me. Mama let me go I said and she looked at me. Ohk do take pain killers for it Ohk she said and I nodded.

Thank you I said and headed out to the kitchen. I got to the kitchen and I found manal there looking for food possibly.

Are you just coming back I asked and she looked at me. Of yes hi amaniiiii she said and hugged me tight. Whoa I said and we both chuckled.

How was school I asked. It was frustrating like I'm starting to get tired honestly she said and I couldn't help my laughter. You know you still have a long way to go I said and she groaned.

Yes I know I know she said sadly. Don't worry I'm going back next week I kinda have to I said.
Oh yeah good I ain't alone she said and I chuckled.

We heard the adhan for magrib and we both pathed ways to go pray.
