𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐈𝐍 𝐌𝐑 𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐒, a class that she was proud to say she was only seven minutes late for, Mary had her head on her desk. Mr Medina was droning on about the test they had taken the previous week when a pen hit the back of Mary's head, causing her to snap back into reality. She turned around with a less than pleased expression, but her face soften slightly when she saw her brother's cheery smile.

"Pay attention, Bugs." He whispered and she rolled her eyes before using her hands as a place to rest her chin. She listened to her brother and tried to pay attention as Mr Medina continued.

"Decent effort by most, good effort by some..." The teacher picked up the test papers from his desk, "Exceptional effort by four." He added as he began to hand the paper's out. "Miss Geller...Miss Grant..." The two blondes looked at each other's papers, "Mr Graham...Miss Miller...Mr Miller..." Mary immediately snatched her test paper and stopped paying attention when she saw her grade. She was more than happy with an A+.

Despite the fact that she frequently skipped quite a few of her lesson, Mary was impressively smart. She caught up on anything she missed with the constant free tutoring she got from Paris and spare notes from Louise. Plus she spent most of her days either in her room with a guitar in her hand or at the library with a book in her hand. Many people thought the girl was unintelligent because of her, let's say 'learning disability', but lots of her friends were very patient when explaining what she had missed when distracted. Well, except for Paris that one time.

"Mary! I will literally cut your fingers off and make you eat them to get you to stop!" The Geller girl had snapped when Mary had tapped the whole of the song Head over heels on her textbook. She had also been singing the whole thing and caused all the students in the school library to stare at the two.

The bell rang, causing Mary to jump slightly as she lifted her head once again from her desk and saw Paris stood over her. "Hard Paper." She told Mary, Louise and Madeline as the three nodded their heads.

"Killer." Louise agreed as Mary got up.

"How'd you do?"

"'A'."

"Me too!"

"Small world."

"Isn't it?" Paris agreed as Mary put her bag over her shoulder and joined her friends. "Madeline, what'd you get?" The Geller girl asked.

"You know I got a 'B'."

"A 'B's not bad."

"Not at all."
