Gray's pov

Abby has been in a coma for a month know, turns out she had two broken rips, one of them almost punctured her right lung. She had internal bleeding in the stomach and she hit her head.

I had lie to her mother telling she met in a car accident, she cried so much I couldn't help but cry too. It's all my fault she's here right now. The doctor said because of all the sedative she had to give her it will take a while for her body to flush it all out.

Her body has fully healed by now so she should be waking up any time soon. "Where is my sister?" I heard someone asked from outside Abby room. "In there." Another said and the door burst open without a knock. Her twin Amanda walks in with a guy behind her,  Amanda and looked at me and smiled. "Hello Gray. How are you."

She asked and anyone could tell she's holding in her tears. "I'm good." I told her and she nods. "Could you please give us some time alone with my sister?" She asked and I nod. I left the room and I heard her sniffing and the guy closed the door.

Amanda pov

I can't even look at my sister. "It's ok b, juss breath." Alex said. I did as he told me and walk over to her bed. I held her hand and it was so cold, tears overflowed on my face and Alex rub my back.

"Hey sis." I said. "It's me Amanda, and I'm here with Alex too. If uh did ansa uh phone uh would n know seh we a get married. He proposed a month ago. Mi know seh a nuh no accident mek uh in yah suh. I felt slight pain for a week add, someone was beating you Abby." I said as more tears run down my face.

"I'm your twin Abby, I felt your pain, I felt how hopeless u felt, I felt that you were hungry. I tried to eat so much food so it would go into your stomach, I guess it didn't work. I'm sorry you felt lonely Abby but you weren't alone, I was there with you, I'm always with you sis.

Just please wake up. I don't trust Gray anymore, why did he lie to mom and didn't tell her you were missing." I said holding her hand a bit tighter. I could tell Alex was crying to because I felt his tears on my shoulder.

"Please Abby, juss wake up. We miss uh foolishness even tho we a big people now." Alex said. I smile because it's true, she was always the stupid on out of the group. "Shay is pregnant now, she's three months and didn't know." I told her and her hand twith but I thought it was my hand.

"Xavier is going crazy, he said he's afraid to be a father but he's buying a lot of things for the unborn baby. Shay seh she nuh waah know the gender, she want it be a surprise. Oh and Kim and Nathan married last week. Which you were there to see it, but mi video it fi uh girl suh nuh worry.

I forget about the situation and lost site of my surroundings, because when I looked down back at my sister she eyes were wide open and she was staring at me, I screamed so loud because the girl frighten me and she tried to laugh but only a cough come out, good thing the rooms are sound proof.

I told Alex to get the doctor and I gave her some water. "Don't do that again girl." I said as happy tears run down my face. "Only you would n wake up fi tory." I said hugging her. "Continue nuh." She said in a low voice and I laugh. "Uh remember Lorenzo?" I asked and she nods.

"Yea him. Him tek hype and go a party go sniff coke and dem mad him out with it. A hospital him deh yah now. Him a get better yah now. Most a we class mate dem back in Ja tun cruff and a dig out hand middle. The girls dem breed up like mosquitoes and still live in a dem parent house.

But a choppa man dem a breed fah suh a nuh nth." I told her and before she could say anything the doctor and Alex walks in. "Good Afternoon." She greets. "Afternoon." We said back.

She started to check Abby vitals, heart beat, temperature, eyes, ears, tongue and some more other test. "Ok Miss. Blackwood, everything seems fine. You'll be discharge tomorrow." She said then left.

I called mom and told her and she said she's on her way. I also informed everyone else. "You look different Alex." She said and Abby laugh. "Your sister is great woman, she takes care of me." He said smiling down at me. "I'm glad you two stayed loyal to each other." She said as tears runs down to the pillow. "Hey. What's wrong?" I asked her.

"So much things is wrong. But I can't tell you here." She said and I nod. I know my sister, she's not one for crying. I sit on the bed and give Alex the chair and we talk until our family got here.
