Abby pov

"Let's go girl!" Chloe yells at me. "I'm coming I'm coming." I told her. We are on our way to try out for the cheerleading team. I asked Alissa and Chloe but they can't dance to save a life.

The four of are now at the gym with a bunch of girls and few boys. We each got our number to audition and I got 55 and Manda 54. "Wah dem a duh?" Musssy asked me. "I have no idea." All they were doing is throwing their hands up  in the air and flicking like crazy monkeys. They looked beyond stupid. "Next!" Bianca yells.

It was now Manda's turn. "Go sister." I cheer her on. "Name?" Bianca asked. "Amanda Blackwood." She answered. "Song!" Bianca yells and or wordless song starts playing. My sister looked at me and I shrugged.

Amanda started to wine go down to the beat of the rhythm, she flicked and split, she then started to twerk. "Next!" The bitch yells stoping my sister. Manda sits back down beside me. I got and walked to center stage. I did most of what Manda did but more flicks. "Next!" She yells. I don't think I can join this team, I hate people bossing me around. The girl continues to shout order as the last person came off stage.

"Line up! If your name is called, step forward. Kimberly, Jessie, Amanda, Toby, Anna, Hailey, and Abigail. If you didn't hear your name. The door is that way." Bianca said pointing towards the door. "Yo Manda mi a cut eno." I told her. "Why?" "Nuh like her. But I think you should do it tho. I'm going to try out for something else." I told her as I left. I know what your thinking, why go through all that trouble only to leave after?

The answer is, I don't like the captain. Plus there are other things I want to with my high school life. Tomorrow is the day we're choosing clubs and I'm so excited that I can choose more than one, I'm going in drama, cooking and gardening. Yup those are my favorite things. I was heading to the girls locker room to change from what I'm in.

"Who move the wall." I said as I landed on my ass. I looked up only to see this dark mysterious boy looking down at me. "You should watch were your going." He said with an Italian accent. If it was anyone else I would of loud up my mouth but I was scared of this dude. He just walked passed me and disappeared around the corner. "Then the fish couldn't take mi up." I mumbled to my self as I was getting up.

I found my locker and hurry up and put on my back my clothes, I don't know which of these girls are fish. I texted Manda that I'm heading to the computer lab and when she's finish she can come get me. I made my way to thr lab and found me a computer. U did my Chemistry project and my English essay, I did not know that I have to type up every written assignment I got at this school, can you believe that?

I'm gonna have to buy a printer now. After I was finish, I started to listen some music, in my headphones of course and play some games. A soft tap on my shoulder brought me back to reality. "Huh?" I asked the person without turning around. "I'm sorry to bother you miss, but I was told that your one of the new girl, My name is Jackson, and you are?" The boy asked.

"Not interested." I said. "But you haven't even looked at me." He said. I turned around I give him a once over. "Ok I've looked, and I'm still not interested." I told him. He put on a fake pout and tried to look sad. "But I didn't say I wanted a relationship tho." He said.

"Then what do want?" I asked him a little confused. "Just to be friends. How does that sound?" He asked. "Yeeaaa no. In my experience, that just friend thing what you just said, never works for me. So tell me what you really want?" U asked him again.

"Okay you caught me, here's the deal, my friend wanted to know if your gay or not because she likes you." He said and I almost choked on air. What us wrong with people. "No I'm not gay, but I'm not interested in guys." I told him. He looked so confused I had to laugh. "I don't quite understand." He said.

"I like you, I'm Abigail but my friend call me Abby." I introduced myself. "Nice to meet you, I'm Jackson. Omg were gonna have so much fun together!" He squeals. "Hey what about your friend?" I asked him. "Oh girl I totally made that up, I have no friends at this school because I'm gay. I transferred here as a sophomore. Anyways, in chemistry class the other day, you were amazing, I wanted to talk to you and your twin but I was afraid you would insult me because of your aggressive culture, umm no offense,

but I came in here to print my homework because my printer at home is out of ink, anyway I saw you sitting down and said why not. I thought it was Amanda, I'm afraid of her, but don't tell her that." I said as I tried to keep up. He is definitely gay with the way his hand was moving with every word he said, he looked like just a regular American citizen, he was around 5'7 in height, skinny, had shoulder length black hair, he looks so pale, with his green eyes, a little bunny nose and pink lips, he was so cute.

"Are you listening?" He asked me. "Huh? Anyways Jackson would you like to sit down, my neck is kinda hurting." I told him. "Silly me." He said laughing and I smiled. "So tell me about your self." He said. "What do you want to know?" I asked. "Everything, what is it like living in Jamaica?" He asked and I smiled.

"Well, it's awesome, life there is easy for some children, my sister and I would always go fun places in summer." I take out my phone to show him pictures. "This is the first place we went, it's called Duns River Falls, to climb it is amazing and fun, but getting back down, not so fun. This one is at Dolphin Cove. You get to play and swim with the dolphins.

We were supposed to go to Mystic Mountain this year but we moved. How about you?" I asked him. "The only thing fun about America is things are free here, but here where we're living, small mafias are here and there but if you don't know who is involved your good. Festivals and carnivals are nice but I don't have friends to go with so I don't really enjoy it." He said sounding sad.

"My father died when I was younger so I live with my mom and two younger siblings. You?" He asked. "Sorry about that. I live with both my parents and four siblings." We continue to talk until Manda said she's ready and we said our goodbyes after I introduce the two.
