Abby pov

It's beach day today and I'm so excited. I can't tell when last I've been to the beach. I put on a bikini with a mesh dress over it and some Nike slippers, and a straw hat. I put an a shorts under it as to not show too much.

I was the first one ready so I decided to fry the chicken I left to marinate last night. Alex was next to come down, he was wearing a beach shorts and a white marena. He made some hot dog and burger. Amanda came down with a huge bag. "Wah uh a walk with the house?" I asked her.

"So uh nuh waah change of clothes? And towel?" She asked and I said whatever and continue frying my chicken. A couple minutes later the rest of the gang came in one by one. With food and igloos.

"Uno ready?" Shay asked. "Yea just a fry the last set a meat dem." I told them. In no time the chicken was finish and I put them in a big container. We pack the food bag and then head out to the beach. We went to Dunns river because why not.

Since we already live on ochi, it took us 30 minutes to reach there. I your a Jamaican, the first thing you do in a trip is take a bunch of pictures. After we were done, we buy our passes and shoes, you know your girl have to clime the falls.

We found a nice spot with shade and set up our things. Xavier bought portable chairs and a table, Amanda spread out the towels and I put out the drinks, we have to have liquor. Alex carry some weed, and it's no bush weed, a high-grade.

Everyone is going to clime the falls except Shay and Xavier. Kim and Nathan just left, hope them nuh duh nun a dem nastiness in a di wata. I made my self a spliff and take out a black ice a sip. "Yes. This is the life." I said and they laughed. We decided to clime the falls and when we reach almost half way, I almost drowned.

Mi seh mi see a girl dh and a look pan har and mi lose balance and drop in a di wata. When uh too fast. Good thing I can swim. We reach to the shallow part of the falls and take some pictures, we finally reach the top and I'm starving, it took a while for us to reach where Shay and Xavier was at, when we did, Xavier was sitting behind Shay rubbing her belly while they were smiling, you know I had to take a picture.

It was such a beautiful moment, we joined them and immediately I went for the food. I take out three peice of chicken, a hot dog and a sprite. I spread out my towel and Nathan play some music on his boom box because I don't know what kind of song they were playing here.

I eat my food and we laugh and talked. Time went by and it was around six now. We head to the bathroom and wash off and I put on a dress. We pack up our things and load them in the car. "Wah unuh seh KFC yah now?" Keke asked.

"Could n affi ask." Shay said and we laughed. We went to the KFC we went to as kids. "Bring back memories." Xavier said and we nod. "But watch yah. Unuh a still friend?" The security asked. Him still a work yah suh, we use to trouble him when we younger bout him belly.

"Yes Mr. Belly." Alex said. And we laugh. "Unuh nuh change one bit nuh true. Glad fi see seh unuh still close." He said and we smile. "Well it was nice seeing you Mr. Belly." I said and we enter the building. As we enter some people get up from our usual seat and then we went there.

"Dem couldn't wipe off the table." I said wiping it off with a wipe that I take up just incase. "Suh Wah unuh want?" Nathan asked. "Mi want a spicy zinger, n a big deal spicy and barbecue." Alex said.

"Why uh a tell mi wah uh want when a we a guh fi di food?" Nathan ask and Alex rolled his eyes. "I want a spicy zinger, big deal hot and spicy and a large fries." Manda said. "Uh know wah write dem down with unuh name beside it." Alex said.

He went to the cashier for a paper and pen and then hand it to us. After we finish writing our orders Alex gave it to Xavier who immediately joined the line as we got here. "So Abby. Uh naah tell we bout such man." Shay said, forgot I didn't tell them everything about him.

"What about him?" I asked. I just won't tell them. "U n him still deh, uh still virgin btw?" Keke ask. "Yes I'm still a virgin. And yes we still deh." I told them and Manda looked at me but said nothing.

"Suh why him neva come with uh?" Shay asked. "Because he's working." I answered. "Oh, suh a business man uh deh with." Keke said. "Yes, he's a business man." I told them.

"Oh ok. Suh why-" "Bredda. What's with all the questions?" I asked Keke cutting her off. "Nothing, we just haven't seen or heard from you as much for the past five years. Just concerned." Shay said in a soft voice.

" I'm sorry. But I've been busy." I told them. "When are you leaving?" She asked. "I'm leaving the second of December." I told her. "Suh quick?" She asked. "I have to get back to work." I told her and she nods.

Thank God Amanda changed the subject, their my best friends and all, but certain things I would like to remain private. I'm glad I told my brother and sister because they wouldn't judge me with their eyes. We talked until the food got here. I take my barbecue zinger, big deal hot and spicy, large fries and a famous bowl.

I wish I could bring KFC with me to America, mi affi go buy some seasonings before I leave because I don't like the ones they have in the so called Jamaican store. I get up and pore grape juice with ice and sit back down

. "KFC get expensive uh see." Xavie said putting the receipt on the table. In total it came up to $30,090. "A good thing mi draw money." I said. I was the one who paid since they paid for me to go in at the falls.

"Uh sure uh nuh waah back some?" Nathan asked. I'm a doctor in America, I have almost a million usd dollars in my account, this not even shake it. "Yea it's good." I told him.

We eat and talk until our belly full, we then get some to go boxes and went home. They us off and we take out our thing from the back and said our farewells.

"Why uh neva tell them?" Amanda asked once we inside. "I don't want them all up in my personal life." I told her. "Thought that was it.  Glad you told Alex and I." Amanda said.

"Come on. The two of you are family. And Alex is making it official next month." I said hugging her and she smiled. We put the left overs in the fridge and called it a night.

The first thing I did when I reach my room is bathes and wash mi head. Then I call Gray and we talk for about a hour until I fell asleep on the call.
