Before Spot knew it another two weeks had passed and it was the beginning of October. His parents had come home but he still hadn't had the courage to tell them that he was gay.

Lucky for him his parents never came into his room so they didn't see the two roses. Not that they would even bother to say anything about it but just for the feeling that he had it for himself.

Spot looked outside to see the sun rise and just to keep an eye out on what was going on in his street. Again he had the idea that he saw two figures running away.

That gave him the feeling that he had to look outside again.

And like he secretly hoped again there was a rose.

Once he came outside there was indeed again a rose.

This time it was yellow.

'Yellow colored roses are most of the time known as a symbol of friendship. But during the Victorian era it was used as a way to communicate Jealousy. Which both apply in this case. You're one of the best friends there is out there but the Jealousy there is to feel when there is no way to hug, cuddle and kiss you. Love'

Spot smiled to himself as he rushed back upstairs to his room.

"Sean be a little less loud please it's early" Spot rolled his eyes as he heard his dad yell. It was twelve on a saturday.

Spot smiled as he put the thirth flower by the other two. Spot now knew for sure that it was one of his friends who still were all in a relationship.

Spot looked at the flowers and took all the notes off carefully and laid them all next to each other. He noticed that he had missed something on all of them.

'Love'

Was written with a black pen on all of them. It was written so neatly that it was almost too neat to be actually written.

"Sean come down, we're going to visit your grandmother" He heard his mother yell.

Spot rolled his eyes. "I come if you call me Spot" He yelled down before going to put his shoes (which stood in his room) knowing that that was never going to happen.

He would probably get the the talk 'we named you this and it's perfectly fine' or they would say 'Spot is a dog's name and you're not a dog' Spot was just his nickname what he preferred to be called by, even most teachers in school called him that.

Why was it so hard for his parents.

~~~
After a week his parents had come into his room to ask something and had noticed the roses. They had asked where they were from and Spot just said that it was something between him and his friends.
His parents didn't question him once and just went on with their day. But again Spot began to ask a million questions in his head. Why would somebody roses on his doorstep.
But mostly why they were all fake. That was just not logic at all but maybe sometime it would be.
~~~

Half way through October and Spot's parents had left for another business trip as they had told him. But Spot knew for sure that this time they just went on another vacation without him.

Spot didn't mind. He would rather be home alone then be a week away with his parents who just were judging everyone around them.

Spot had a week free from school and was bored out of his mind. Later that day he would go and hang out with Race.

He hadn't told any of his friends about the roses he had been receiving the past month and a half. He was planning on coming out to Race today.

Many saw Spot as someone who was scared of nothing or almost nothing but the truth was it was just a way for him to hide his fears and weak points.

And one of his biggest weak points was talking about how he felt. He knew that Race would accept him but he still was nervous.

Spot went to his room to do the last homework before going back to school in a few days. After he was finished he changed and went outside. He walked to the park where he would meet Race. Race like he was, was already there.

"Hey Spottie" He yelled and ran over.

"Please don't call me that Racer" Spot chuckled as the younger boy almost body slammed into him but stopped just in time.

"So what are we going to do" Race asked as the two started walking.

'Come on Spot just say it' Spot thought as he took a deep breath.

"Racer I'm gay" He blurded out.

Race stopped walking and pulled Spot in a hug and Spot froze in his arms. "Thank you for telling me" Race whispered as Spot melted into the hug.

"Who have you told" Race asked a few minutes later as the two sat down under a tree.

"Uhm only you just now and my head a million times" Spot said as he looked up at the leaves. Between them he could see the sun.

"And your parents" Race asked.

Spot had never let Race meet them knowing that they were going to judge him and Spot then knew that he would get in trouble for what he would do to them if he had to listen to that.

"They're not too accepting about everything. They live in their own perfect little bubble and keep everything that they think is different out of it" Spot mumbled.

"If you decided to come out to them. And that is only if you're ready and there assholes and tell you that you're wrong or they do something else that's stupid then just come to Medda" Race said.

Spot could have guessed that he would always be welcomed at Medda's, after all she was one of the most kind women on the planet.

"I think I could have guessed that you were gay anyway" Race chuckeled.

"Idiot" Spot laughedf.
