I was so sore... So tired... My eye lids were still heavy, but I forced them open. Blue walls. On the couch. The sound of typing... wait, typing? I turn my head to see Zayn, sitting facing away from me, scrolling down on twitter on his laptop, which was on the coffee table in front of him.

"God... what people will say..." he muttered.

"It doesn't matter what they think," I said in a hoarse voice, "it only matters what you think."

He slowly closed his laptop. "I think," he said while turning around to face me, "that you're the only thing that really matters to me." I stared at  him, tears flooding my eyes, untill I couldn't take it anymore.

"Oh, Zayn!" I said as I flung myself at him and wrapped my arms around his neck.

"Zayn, Zayn, I thought I was going to die!" I said, sobbing into his shoulder. He seemed surprised at first, but slowly put his arms around me, rubbing my back.

"I know, you're okay now. I'm here." he said to me in a soft voice. I pulled away, trying to pull myself together.

"I'm such a wimp," I told him.

"No, you've just been through a lot, okay?" he wiped my tears with his thumb. "You don't have to be strong right now."

"Well, looks like sleeping beauty is awake!" called a voice from behind me. I turned around to see Louis and the rest of the boys walking in.

"You sure you're okay?" Zayn asked me.

"Yah, I'm fine," I said as I stood up. My vision went blurry and I felt myself swaying.

"Take it easy," Zayn said as he helped me lay back on the couch.

Once my vision had cleared, I opened my eyes to see the five boys standing over me. I just stared at them. Finally, Zayn broke the silence.

"Well, I guess none of you have officially met. Brooke, this is Niall." He said, gesturing from me to him.

"Liam."

"Harry."

"And Louis."

I smiled. "I know."

I grabbed my head as a searing pain shot through my temple.

"What is it, Brooke?" Zayn asked. I closed my eyes as the pain persisted.

"Give her some air." he said to the rest of them.

"Just a headache." I said. I opened my eyes to see him laying a blanket over me. It was so warm. I turned over on my side, holding the blanket over my shoulder. I felt Zayn's hand on my head.

"She feels a bit warm. Probably caught a cold while she was out there..."

That was all I heared befor drifting into a deep sleep.
