IRENE'S POV
I just finished showering when I heard summer knock.
"I'll be in the office, let me know if you're leaving okay?" She stated
"Yes" I half shouted
A few more minutes and I'm done showering, I put my clothes on and put some cream and lotion.
Umakyat ako to see summer facing her laptop and a lot of papers on her desk. She looks like greggy, I'm afraid na isasantabi nya na ako at uunahin ang trabaho nya.
I sighed with that thought of summer being busy and don't have enough time to spend with me, like my husband did for the last 30 years of our marriage.
"Baby" pag lalambing ko habang nakasandal sa pinto
"Yes mommy what do you want?" She immediately replied and turn to me
I was shock that she can hear me, I mean greggy can't hear me whenever his working.
"Mommy is there something you want to tell me?" She ask walking to my place.
She cupped my face when she reached me, looking in my eyes.
"I just want to know if you want to hang out before I leave?" I asked with disappoinment already.
She's clearly working I know she'll say n-
"Ofcourse mommy. Let's go to the park?" She asked smiling
I looked at her face with excitement and still in disbelief dahil I didn't expect she'll say yes.
"Are you all set? Let's go" she said smiling
I nodded and then she lead the way. I brought my purse and went to my car where she's waiting.
She held my hand, hindi pa rin sya nag babago she's still the summer I know, the sweet and caring summer. The summer I fell in love with, its been years but she's still the same. She just got really pretty.
"Stop staring at me ria" she said with a smile
"Why? I just can't help it you're so beautiful" I stated
We went to the park, its been a while since I've been here. We sat on a bench and I just smiled remembering the memory this park holds. Back when we don't care if we get sick because of the rain or if people can recognize us, it's just me, her, the rain and the moon who witnessed that beautiful memory.
A few minutes have passed greggy called. I answered it habang nakasiksik ang ulo sa leeg ni summer.
"I need you home pag uwi ko, no more reasons. We've talked about this, hindi ka sumusunod sa usapan!" Agad na bati sakin ni greggy at pinatay ang phone
Malamig na hangin ang bumalot sa katawan ko, ramdam ko din ang mabilis na tibok ng puso ko. Hindi takot ang naramdaman ko kung hindi kaba, kaba na baka akong gawin ni Greggy kung hindi ko gagawin ang gusto nya.
"BALOT!"
"BALOOOTT!"
"Irene, gusto mo ng balot?" I felt summer's hand brushes on my arms
I slowly nodded and smiled as if I wasn't zoning out.
THIRD PERSON'S POV
"Irene" Summer looking at Irene
Irene who was startled immediately turn to summer "Yes baby?" She responded
"What's on your mind?" Summer asked sitting herself on the staircase
"Nothing, I'm fine" Pag sisinungaling ni irene
"Liar" Bulong ni summer at tumayo para umakyat. Narinig ni irene kung anong sinabi ni summer pero hindi nya na ito kinausap pa, dahil totoo naman ang mungkahi ng dalaga.
