THIRD PERSON'S POV
Bumalik na sa kapayapaan ang buhay ni Alexis dahil iniurong na ni Mrs. Chen ang kaso dahil sa takot nito na maubusan ng pera at lalong mawalan ng mana ang mga anak nya.
Alexis is at ease, araw araw itong pumapasok sa opisina at araw araw rin itong nakakuha ng mga bagong kaalaman. Her brothers doesn't have any issues working under their younger sister because they believe that alexis is more than capable of running the company.
"Alexis" Vynieze called
"Dinner daw with marcoses later, you're invited" Balita ni vynieze
"Sinabi ba kung sino sino pupunta?" Alexis asked hiding the reason why she asked
"Everyone daw" Sagot ni vynieze
Alexis's eyes lit up, thinking she'll see irene again a few months after nilang mag sagutan
"Except Mrs. Araneta. Hindi pa rin nila macontact daw" Sabi ni vynieze
"Hindi ba sila nag aalala?" Alexis asked
"Baka alam nila nasan, they just don't want to disturb her" Sagot ni vynieze
Alexis is wondering where could Irene be, she constantly asks sandro where irene is but sandro doesn't know either
Alexis went to the marcos's place and as usual she's welcomed by the family of her fiance
"I still can't believe that my son will be married na" the first lady excitedly said
"Me too mom, I can't believe it too" Sandro said holding alexis's hands
Everyone is eating dinner when a maid comes in
"Si ma'am Irene po" Saad ng maid
Everyone then looked at the door behind the maid and there is Irene
Wearing a baby blue long sleeves with white trousers and blue doll shoes
"Irene" Imee immediately went to hug her sister
"Ate" Irene greeted tightening her hug to her big sis
"Anak" Maluha luhang saad ni Imelda habang dahan dahang lumalakad papunta kay irene
"Ma" sinalubong naman ni Irene si imela
"Ano bang nangyayari sayo ha" Nanginginig ang boses ng ginang
"Hindi ko alam saan ka hahanapin, hindi ka nag tetext o tumatawag. Nag aalala ako sayo" Himas himas nito ang braso ng anak habang naluluha
"Sorry ma, I just really need some time alone" Irene said looking at her mother
"Ano bang nangyayari, sabihin mo may problema ba kayo ni greggy? pag usapan natin anak" Halos pag mamakaawa ni Imelda
Imelda is very worried of Irene for she haven't seen her daughter for months. She's scared of what would happened to her daughter specially now, she's scared to lose the only memory she still have left off of her husband, the daughter that cherishes her most. Hindi sanay si imelda na hindi nya kasama si Irene
Everyone went to greet Irene, except alexis.
Everyone is having a good time, Irene is telling stories of what happened when she's in Hollywood with her husband and when she was in New Zealand with her amigas
"Tita are you back for good?" Simon ask
"yes" maiksing tugon ni irene
"Tita can I ask you a favor?" Sandro ask looking at irene
"sure" Irene said and eat her food
"Can you organize my engagement party please?" Sandro said
Nagulat si Irene kaya nabilaukan ito, kabikabila naman ang nag offer ng tubig sa kanya
