IRENE'S POV
He shouldn't have caught my dad's attention, sigurado akong sa kanya magagalit ang daddy. I know my dad, he doesn't like greggy. Kaya nga laging interrupted ang dates namin, pinapatawag kasi ako ng daddy.
When my dad face greggy, greggy stood straight and also face my father.
"When you're daughter Mr. President ask me to pick her up and that she's gonna stay here, I must be honest I was happy" Greg confess
Shit. Buko na nga kami pinapalala pa nya ata
"I'm really happy to have longer time with her, I get to say that finally I could wake up next to her" my boyfriend continued
My dad was just listening until he heard the words "wake up next to her"
"Did you sleep in one bed?!" My dad looked at me
"Kumpadre" Tito Luis called
"Wag kang mag alala mahal na presidente, malaki naman ang bahay ko I believe I can afford a guest room for my dearest irene" Tito Luis said and turn to me when he said my name
I'm very happy to be treated like a daughter by my boyfriend's dad. Hindi naman nag kukulang ang daddy sakin, but iba pa rin talaga when you have a father that really takes care of you, and that is Tito Luis.
"I'm just making sure that your son is not manipulating my daughter into doing things na pag sisisihin nya" My dad look at greggy
"Daddy" I said in annoyance
"Anak" Tito luis turn to me
"Its okay, he's your dad natural lang na mag react ng ganyan. Kung ako rin naman nasa sitwasyon nya, I will not let my daughter sleep in the same bed with her boyfriend. Baka makapatay pako" Tito Luis said
"Don't worry Mr. President, I made sure to protect your daughter's honor and dignity. I also said to my son that Irene is a very very precious girl, she's in fact one in a million. I've thought him how to respect his future wife's dignity and never look at her as if the woman is naked" litanya ng Tito
"And ill be honest with you, not because I'm his father. But from a Good man to a great man, my son is treating you daughter as his wife. And I have to be honest, I never saw my son this delicate to women, he's very you and me when it comes to our wives" Tito said to my dad
He leans closer and acted whispering narinig naman namin.
"Very much protective and also.... masunurin" which made my dad chuckle
"Under ba kamo" my dad spoke
I can see greggy's red face. He's really charming.
"Mismo mahal na presidente" Tito Luis smiled
"Well" my dad said
"Gabi na rin at nakakaabala na kami sa pamamahinga ninyo" turan ng daddy
"Iho, I just wanted to tell you that I'm grateful that kinupkop mo ang anak ko when she needed time to breathe, I honor your sympathy to my daughter, giving her a shoulder to lean on. I don't want to give you the responsibility to her, but I'm grateful that there's a man out there thats gonna take care of my princess" dad said to greggy and tapped his shoulder once
"And I hope that, you'll continue doing so" Bilin ng daddy
"And to you Mr. Araneta" my dad turn to Tito Luis
"Father to father, thankyou for looking out for my dear daughter" he said and shook hands with tito Luis.
Sa mga sumunod na araw dad said that si ate imee na raw ang papatakbuhin nya. And said that I should continue my music career. He now agrees to everything, even going out with my boyfriend.
