Alexis is still unconscious, santi is still on her side. Hindi ito umaalis at nandun lang nakabantay.
Irene and sandro left that evening, kaya naman tahikik ang kwarto ni alexis
Jake arrived in ilocos with the help of alexis's older brother Mike. Jake immediately took the earliest flight when he was informed that alexis is in the hospital. Kaya maaga syang nakarating.
"Excuse me, where is the room of alexis Salvador?" Tanong ni jake
"Chen, alexis Chen" Mike corrected jake
"Room 301 po sir" sagot ng nurse sa dalawang binata
Agad na pumunta ang dalawa at naabutan nga nila si Santi na natutulog
"Kuya" tawag ni Mike at dahanb dahan niyuyugyog ang kapatid
"Hmm" sagot nito
"Kuya andito na kami, gising na" saad ni Mike
Nag mulat ng mata si santi at tumingin sa paligid
"What happened ba to alexis? At bakit naka oxygen sya?" Agad na tanong ni Mike
"Wala pang findings ang mga doctor, they want to see her medical records kung meron man" sagot ni santi habang lumalapit kay alexis
"You must be jake, jake salcedo right?" Gawi ni santi sa lalaking nasa tabi rin ni alexis
"Yes" jake said and walk towards santi. "Jake Salcedo, nice to finally meet you" jake said to santi
Nag kamay ang dalawa at inabot na rin ni jake ang envelop na nag lalaman ng medical records ni alexis
"Here, it's every medical record you need" Jake said
"Thank you mr. salcedo, this will help us a lot" Santi said to jake
Alexis is still unconscious. Dinala naman ni santi ang kanyang kapatid at si jake sa doctor ni alexis
"It seems like you're sister is a little depress, I can recommend you some facilities that may interest you" The doctor said to santi
"Doc no, we don't need that facility. We're taking my sister home once she's okay" Santi said confidently
"I also need to tell you something" Jake said. "She also collapsed a few months ago" Jake mentioned
"What?!" Mike and Santi said in unison
"Yes, she was stressed with a lot. She fainted and unconscious for 21 hours I guess? Muntik ko na nga isugod sa hospital eh" Jake said
"What? 21 hours?" The doctor ask
Agad na tumayo ang doctor at tumakbo papuntang kwarto ni alexis
IRENE'S POV
I'm here waiting in alexis's room when the doctor comes rushing towards alexis. He opens a penlight and flashes it on alexis's eyes
"We will need to perform A heart biopsy, or myocardial biopsy" The doctor said facing alexis's brothers
"Doc, ano po yon?" Tanong ni mike
"No" Santi dropped himself on the floor
I heard him mumble something but I can't hear it properly
"Stress cardiomyopathy?" I heard jake asked
"yun lang ang iiwasan natin, because with your sister's conditon mahihirapan syang makarecover" the doctor said. "I also look her up, Alexis chen ang successor ng chen clan. Your family is not one of the most wealthy but The most wealthy Chinese clan in the philippines" The doctor added
