ELIDETH POV

Mary Turner had phoned me eventually. We hadn't yet got a chance to talk seriously about the interview she had been asking for with Freddie for months. It was surely the right time to let her doing it. I had not any knowledge about what specific date took place, but according to what they were talking about in the interview: they chatted about I want to break free video, you could infer it would have taken place this month, March.

Mary Turner presented a radio show called Off the record in the legendary KMET in Los Angeles two years ago. She'd been interested in doing the interview well before we gave it to Lisa Robinson but she'd been stonewalled by me. Actually I just wanted to fullfil the real timetable as much as I could. It was a struggle as a product of some strange stubborness at this point of the mission. Everything had changed a lot but we still got the chance to not change even more the history.

Furthermore, Freddie found himself in such a great moment in every single way to being able to feel comfortable and carry out that great tête-à-tête. And now, I hoped that interview would be slightly different to the one that took place in my crazy trip to 1984, 7 years ago when I changed by accident the mythical interview and it sounded that Ash! instead that Phoebeeee!

- Still working at this hour? -Freddie poaked out the living room door where I had just talked to Turner by phone.

- Arriving home at this hour? -I looked in wonder my watch and looked again at the wall clock to corroborate it. It was only 3 a.m.

- Yep.

- You never arrive so early. Are you feeling fine?

- Mousy, there's nothing wrong.

- Are you sure?

- What were you doing?

- I've finally closed the deal with Mary Turner. She's coming Munich to get her interview the day after tomorrow.

- Roger and Deaky have gone to Australia on Works promotion and then they're gonna go on holidays and Brian is working with Billy Squire...

- I know where they are, honey. It's not a band interview. She wanna interview you. Don't make such a face. We'd already talked about it and you gave me your permission to go ahead.

- I love hearing that give permission. You always do what you want.

- It's not true. At least as press secretary -I admitted chuckling and getting his loving pinch in my nose.

- Why do I have to make that interview? I don't feel like talking to that woman

- Why do I have to make that interview? I don't feel like talking to that woman.

- You told me you didn't care. Fred, it's good for you and the band.

- And why can't we give an interview with the four of us?

- Because Mary wants to make the interview only with you. Besides, you don't like the interviews with the four of you either.
