Flashbacks (ZARRY AU)

PART 9

Zayn's all panicky again.

He doesn't know why he suddenly had the courage to ask Harry to go with on his art gallery. He was also shock when Harry agreed.

They rode separately since Harry has his car and Zayn's his motorbike. Harry followed Zayn's motorbike all the way to his gallery and when they've arrived, Zayn's entire body just shivers. Harry's going to see his works and he's nervous on what Harry will think.

Harry's eyes roamed outside the building and seeing the name Green eyes that's on the wall, plated in gold and silver, his heart suddenly beat fast.

Zayn really did use his eye color as the name? Or where Harry shook his head and stopped his assumptions because surely he's not the only person who has green eyes. Zayn might have someone and probably that person has green eyes too.

Harry continued walking as he followed Zayn inside, passing on the glass doors and when he stepped inside, Harry's in awe seeing the paintings inside and he can't believe that Zayn made all of it. His heart's so happy seeing the success that Zayn achieved.

Harry eyed the paintings one by one and each frame has an interesting concept to it. Zayn's creativity and being an artsy paid off.

"SO uh...welcome!" Zayn shyly said "Wow Zayn....everything here is amazing" Harry answered looking at the paintings and not looking at Zayn. Zayn can't help but to smile widely hearing that kind of compliment from Harry "You finally got your dream....to open a gallery and cater your work...impressive" Harry added as Zayn smiled some more "Thank you Harreh...and you too" Harry looks at him this time "Huh?"

"I mean, you're a boss now, right? And you have this big ass building..." Zayn said as Harry chuckled "Thanks. Well, I'm not really a 'boss' Niall's exaggerating calling me that" Harry answered "So you've finally became a designer? I remember back then you used to show me your drafts" Zayn softly said as Harry remembers it too.

He would excitedly show Zayn his drawing pad filled with clothes designs and Zayn showers him with positive feedbacks "You really are an amazing designer" Zayn added as he stared at Harry's green eyes and Harry's inside suddenly feel warm. The warmth he felt back in the day when he first met Zayn

"I googled you and saw your amazing works worn by models from Italy....I was so amazed, I showed it to Louis, bragging about it..." Zayn gave a slight chuckled "Rising fashion designer Harry Styles, I like the sound of it" Zayn said as Harry's body suddenly felt hot and he can feel it on his cheeks giving them a reddish color. Zayn notices this and began to worry "You're all red, are you okay?"

Zayn then raised his hand and slowly put on it on Harry's forehead. Harry's eyes widened as he felt Zayn's warm hand on his forehead. He immediately stepped away, startling Zayn "Harreh?"

"Um sorry....I think...I think I'm gonna go" Harry said "It was nice seeing you Zayn....this has been lovely....Thank you for the pizza and for showing me here...." after that, Harry speedily walked out the gallery. Zayn followed him but Harry was fast enough to get inside his car and drove away.

Zayn went inside his office confused on why Harry suddenly left. He hadn't seen his other paintings yet. But this day was amazing since Harry didn't stood him up and he even accepted his apology and forgave him...or so he thinks.

Back at Harry's mini apartment, he can't stop thinking about Zayn's warmth when he touched his forehead. Just thinking about how warm Zayn was is giving Harry butterflies "Ugh!" Harry groaned as he shook his head "You weren't supposed to feel butterflies! Why are you feeling them?!" Harry said to himself as he started to walk back and forth "He left you hanging, he was a coward....remember that!"

"Remember what?" Harry's body jumped as he heard Niall who just came in "Niall! Knock will ya?" Niall chuckled "Sorry. So what are you doing here?"

"What do you mean? I just got back" Harry answered "Oh...so your date finished early?" Niall asked as Harry's eyes widened "Date? That wasn't a date! I wasn't supposed to meet him but my mind was playing tricks on me that I decided to go and see him!" Harry defensively answered giving Niall a confused look "Um...but you're the one who plotted your scheduled date...its on your calendar???" Niall answered as Harry's confused now too "Are we on the same page?" Niall added as Harry grabbed his phone and go to his calendar and seeing the plotted schedule, he groaned "Oh god, I totally forgot! Why did I go to Zayn first?! UGH!" Harry said as Niall's ears perked hearing Zayn's name.

Harry walk past Niall but Niall held his wrist and spun him around "Did I hear it right? You went to see Zayn?" Niall asked as Harry's eyes widened "Um...."

"don't you dare lie to me"

"Ughhh yes but we've just talked. That's it. Nothing major happened"

"So...you forgot your scheduled date with Liam and gone to see Zayn?" Harry shrugged and nodded his head "What's the big deal? It was a slight messed up"

"The big deal was, your mind was occupied by Zayn that you forgot about your suitor who's probably waiting on the restaurant right now" Niall answered as Harry sighed "Don't worry. I'll just message Liam and make up some excuse on why I'm late...he always understands" Harry answered "And Zayn isn't a big deal okay???? Lets drop it...I'm going" Harry lastly said before leaving Niall on his apartment.

While Niall, he knows that Harry is weak when it comes to Zayn but he doesn't know it yet.
