Flashbacks (ZARRY AU)

PART 12

When Zayn went back to his Gallery, he looked for Louis who's in the counter managing their invoices "Oh my god Louis!" Zayn happily said as Louis was startled seeing Zayn this cheery.

Wow, he'd never thought he'll see the day Zayn smiling like this "Well well well, good morning to you too" Louis smiled "Where have you been?" Louis asked as Zayn wanted to squeal like a school girl "I've been to Golden!" Zayn answered as Louis was shocked "No way! You surprised Harry?" Zayn nodded his head couple of times "I gave him breakfast and something happened! I hugged him and just told him that I missed him!" Louis' jaw dropped "Bold move man! So what did he say?" Louis excitedly asked as Zayn scratched his head "Niall interrupted us....but man, it feels good to feel Harry....I do miss him a lot" Zayn answered as the earlier moment flashed back on his mind.

Zayn didn't expect that he'll do that move to Harry. He really didn't.

But seeing Harry all stressed out about them meeting, Zayn just followed his heart and instantly hugged Harry and even told him he misses him.

That was a surreal moment because he'd never expected that they'll be that close and intimate.

"Didn't Harry freaked out?" Louis asked as Zayn shake his head "I guess not. He didn't pushed me....like what he usually do every time I'm close to him" Zayn answered "Wow, that's really a big progress Zayn....I'm so proud!" Louis smiled widely "So, what's your next move?" Louis added as Zayn thinks...And then he looks at Louis "I'm going to win Harry back....I will try my very best to win him and be friends again!"

Louis was happy that Zayn's being open to his feelings...but at the same time he's afraid that he'll come back to his old self. Louis knows about what happened when he was at high school and they say, if people grow and matures, they change but Zayn? Louis doubts he has fully change. But he'll put his trust on Zayn that he's a changed man.

A changed man for Harry.

Harry's in his office, seating on his desk and staring at the scattered floor. After what happened between and him and Zayn hugging, he can't take his mind off Zayn. He can't take his mind off his scent, his warmth and the feeling he gave to Harry. Harry groaned, he wasn't supposed to feel this! He was supposed to be angry with Zayn because of what he did back then. Harry hated himself on how weak he is when he's with Zayn.

Harry leaned his back on his desk chair and sighed "Pull yourself together Harry Styles. This is Zayn. The man who abandoned you....remember that" Harry said as he sighed again "But his hug felt good. Its comforting" he added as his eyes widened and he sat straight from his seat "Oh no. No no no!" Harry stood and began to pace back and forth hear desk.

If Harry's thinking about comfort, that means he likes that person...very much.

Comfort for Harry means that he's feeling this security from that person and he can't believe he felt it with Zayn! "NO HARRY STYLES! You're  just confuse, yeah that's it. Its been so long and Zayn was your crush back in high school. Yeah, just a crush...little admiration. That's it" Harry told himself as he ran his fingers on his curls and then suddenly, he sees Zayn's present face and he's smiling so wide that the side of his eyes crinkles. Harry's heart beat sped up as he sees the handsome Zayn "Fuck!" Harry groaned as he went to his desk and grabbed his tablet and began to scroll through his drafts of designed dresses "Nope, work. Yeah, you've been behind deadlines and you need to finish all these dresses. Yeah, work will take my mind off him!" Harry put down his tablet and went to the unfinished dresses that's on the mannequins and forced himself to focus because god, he just can't take his mind off Zayn!

After drowning himself on finishing the dress, Harry stood and looked at the final piece of the dress he was making.

This dress was requested by a model named Bella Hadid and she wanted a dress with red flowy lace at the bottom mixed with black laces and ribbons. She'll be using this on her launching of her new clothing line.

Harry grinned as he's almost close to finish "Just add some jewels then this baby is done!" Harry mumbled as he grabbed his tablet and looks at the dress he'd digitally designed, comparing the dress he's sewn "Okay okay, this is close to perfection" Harry mumbled and then heard the cisco phone ring.

Harry looks back at the phone and rolled his eyes "What now???" Harry went towards the phone and pressed the answer button "Hello?"

"Good evening Sir, but someone's here to see you"

"I didn't see any meeting on my schedule today....is it a client?"

"It's Zayn Malik sir" upon hearing his name, Harry's eyes widened as he almost dropped his tablet. Harry stilled and held his tablet tight and he's thinking what to say. The lady from the reception noticed he took a while to answer so she cleared her throat and began to speak again "Sir, should I send Sir Zayn away? I can definitely—"

"NO!" Harry immediately answered "I mean, please let him wait in the lobby, I'll be down in a minute. Thanks" Harry said and ended the call. So much for forgetting Zayn now huh?

When Harry went down to the lobby, he suddenly felt nervous. It hasn't been 24 hours yet after their hug but Zayn's already here to see him again!

When he reached the lobby, he composed himself and walked towards Zayn who's sitting on the golden sofa "Mr Malik" Once Zayn heard his voice, the man smiled and stood "Hi Harreh" Harry's insides melted hearing his name from Zayn's lips "What...what are you doing here?" Harry asked calmly but his insides are screaming "Um....Dinner?" Zayn asked rubbing his nape as Harry's heart badumps "Di....dinner?"

"Yeah, I was hoping we could go to the newly opened park nearby. They have all kinds of food trucks there" Zayn answered with a big smile as Harry can't help but to admire him "If that's okay with you?" Zayn lastly said "Sorry but, I still have to finish my work" Harry lied, he doesn't want to spend another alone time with Zayn "Come on, I mean, you gotta eat right?" Zayn reasoned as Harry stared at his beautiful hazel eyes and gosh, Harry admits, he's being pulled towards him.

He didn't say a word but just nodded his head and that made Zayn smile some more.
