"So let me get this straight, you're gonna hand feed one of the deadliest dragons in the archipelago a singular fish, from behind a shield?"

Ullr recited the plan that hiccup had come up with, rolling his eyes at few points as both he and hiccup were sneaking behind said shield, Ullrs reason, he'd rather not get shot at again. Hiccup braced behind the shield throwing the fish in front of them, it wasn't even that good of a throw.

"And then after you've stablished some trust you gonna have me come out showing I'm a friend?"

Hiccup nodded his head yanking said shield that was now stuck in between the rocks they were hiding in, deciding he shouldn't bother with the shield he whispered "Wait here" to Ullr who shook his head as hiccup went underneath the shield an walked forward fish in hand

"Stupidest idea I've ever seen be done in my entire life"

Ullr held his breath spotting the Night Fury on the top of some rocks out of hiccups sight 'turn around you blind fishbone' hiccup only turned around when the Night Fury started coming towards him, it circled him before slowly inching forward to the fish in hiccups hand, he held the fish forwards in hopes that the Dragon would eat it.

It opened its mouth about to eat the fish but growled when it spotted the knife in hiccups vest, arching it's back like an aggravated cat.

Hiccup revealed the knife making Ullr slap his face, the Night Fury growled when he Reached to it, so hiccup grabbed the tip and dropped it on the ground next to him, the Night Fury then made a gesture to the water with its head.

Hiccup picked up the knife with his foot and kicked it into the water, the Night Fury sat down with wide Pupils like an excited cat. Hiccup offered the fish to the Dragon as it stepped forward slowly opening its mouth revealing no teeth.

"Huh, Toothless? I could have sworn you had" Hiccup yelled as teeth shot out of the gums of his mouth, snatching the fish, tearing it in half and swallowing both.

"Teeth" the dragon smelled him and started growling walking towards hiccup causing him to stumble backwards "I, uh u, I don't have anymore" Ullr almost jumped out of the hiding spot when he saw his brother trapped between the rock and the head of the Night Fury.

But before Ullr could jump in the night fury made a series of gagging sounds, dropping the tail end of the fish in hiccups lap, Ullr struggled to contain his laugh, the dragon must've thought hiccup wasn't eating enough because he was so skinny.

The dragon sat down on his hind legs staring at hiccup with big pupils gesturing to the fish, hiccup had a look of horror as he looked at the dragon and the fish, he built up the courage and took a bite out of it, putting on a face to the night fury in hopes that it would accept that

Ullr almost lost it again when the dragon started smacking its lips and made a swallowing noise, Hiccup groaned and swallowed the spit covered fish almost throwing up in the process, hiccup gave the Dragon nervous smile to which the dragon tried to copy, Ullr cooed at the attempt made by the Dragon which ended up looking more of a gummy smile.

Hiccup reached his hand out seeing if he could touch the Dragon, The Night Fury growled and flew away before crashing down on the ground , Hiccup turned to his twin who was taking off his bow and quiver and any more weapons he had on him.

"Come on" hiccup beckoned his twin as he slid out from underneath the shield and followed his brother, sitting down beside him in front of the dragon that was laying on the ground, distracted by the birds flying overhead.

They both sat down next to each other in front of the Dragon, the dragon looked at them and the nubs of the side of its head flattened before tilting his head confused, confused that there were now too of the same humans, he quickly pieced together by their scents that they were siblings considering the obvious fact that one of them was taller.
