Chapter 10

New Satrday, New Chapter

I heard a phone ring several times. Suddenly I only heard everything as if through cotton wool. Then the phone went dead and I heard Clint talking to someone. My vision became blurry. The last thing I saw was Natasha smiling at me and squeezing my hand. Then everything went black.

Steve's P.O.V.:

It's been two weeks since Isabella went into a coma. Natasha hasn't left her side. Tony and Bruce did everything to make her better. They said that she would have to wake up in the next few days. Her arm didn't really seem to heal. The others who got blipped away were all back. Sam, Bucky and Wanda were here on the campus. The rest was all at home.

I was just walking towards the lab, to talk to Tony there. He spent most of his time there at the moment. On the one hand he's trying to find out what happened to Isabella and on the other hand he's looking for a way to bring the stones back. We could just go back to Thanos and give him the stones. But he had to destroy them to make it all timeline and stuff. I don't understand the whole thing.

"She's awake!" I heard someone yell. It was Wanda, I quickly turned and went to Isabella. Tony and Bruce were also walking not far behind me. When I entered her hospital room, I saw her. She layed in her bed and smiledslightly. Natasha had tears in her eyes but was beaming and holding her hand. Wanda was standing on the other side and was smiling too. Ever since she got back, her and Clint had worried about Natasha the most.

Isabella turned her head and looked first at me then at Tony. "Hi," she said softly. "Hey sis!" said Tony. She laughed lightly, "As much as you wish, Tones. I'm not your sister." "There's nothing you can do about it?" he asked. she grinned. "As long as you still owe me the twenty bucks, especially nothing," she grinned. "Isabella Jones, ladies and gentlemen! She's officially back," Tony replied sarcastically, skillfully ignoring her previous comment. Banner briefly checked her stats. "How are you feeling?" he then asked. "Well, still a bit tired. But otherwise I'm fine," she answered him.

A few days later:

Steve P.O.V.:

Isabella was her old self again. The day before yesterday Bruce released her. Now she's already helping him and Tony to find a solution. She had her right arm in a sling. He was still wrapped in thick bandages that Tony changed every day. Although he didn't tell her, he did tell the others how worried he was that her arm was healing internally but was still extremely burned on the outside. Natasha had told me that Isabella knew how bad things were for her, but for Tony's sake didn't bring it up.

Clint came back yesterday. Natasha called him because Isabella and Tony think they have a solution. Clint wanted to be here if he could help in any way. Tony had already explained to me this morning that I would definitely bring the stones back together with Isabella. However, he didn't know exactly when that would be.

Just before Clint came back, Wanda disappeared. She said she had to do something. Since then nobody has seen her. Sam reapplied to the U.S. Air Force. Bucky should be pardoned soon. We didn't know what conditions would follow.

"Steve!" Isabella said. I turned around. Then I asked, "What is it? Can I help in any way?" She shook her head. "Tony and I found a way. we have everyone come to the lab," she said. I quickly nodded and followed her.
