"What do you suggest I do then?" he asked, sitting in front of her. "Tell Rowan," she said. "What should I tell him?" Edward asked. "I don't know," Emily said. "Emmy, I need you right now, just tell me what you think I should do?"

"Firstly, don't continue to date Danielle, that is a mistake. Secondly, tell Rowan that you like him, Ed just do it. You won't regret it. You have a chance with him, " she said. "How can you be sure?" he asked. "You idiot he likes you too now go and tell him," she said as the doorbell rang. "I will get it," she got up, Edward was a mess.

"Rowan?" She asked, opening the door. "Is he?" he asked, still in his uniform. Behind him in a car were James and Sam pulled up, motioning her to keep quiet. "Sure, come in," she said as he walked in. She looked at the boys and back at Rowan, she couldn't miss this.

Sam: Sneak us in, he is going to tell Ed

Sam texted her, and she motioned them to come in. "Be quiet," she said. "This is going to be amazing," James said, tiptoeing around the house. The voices became  clearer as they reached upstairs.

"She is a nice girl," they heard Rowan say as they pressed their ears against the door. "Should we listen to it?" James asked. "We will regret it if we miss," Sam said. "Keep quiet, both of you," Emily said. "Yeah, she is," Edward said. "Why are they talking about Danielle get to the topic," Emily said. "Calm down, Emmy," James said.

"Edward, look, I have to tell you something," Rowan finally started. "I like you a lot and not as a friend. I don't know how you, " he stopped talking all of a sudden. They pressed in a little more, "Did you just kiss me?" Rowan asked. James gasped as Sam held his mouth. "Yes," Edward said, none seemed to speak, "go on a date with me?" Rowan asked, "I would love to," Edward said. They heard the footsteps approach and ran towards Emily's door. "It happened," James said, leaning against it. "About time," Sam said.

"Sam, we should leave. My car is outside. he is going to kill us if he finds out we followed him," James said. "You two followed him?" Emily asked. "Yes, I tracked him, I track everyone," James said, casually jumping down the window. "Keep your window open tonight," Sam said, following James. Emily watched Edward and Rowan walk out holding hands she was happy for her twin.

At exactly midnight, Sam entered her room through her window, "hi" he said, looking for her. "Hey," she said, coming out in her white sundress. "You look beautiful," he said, "ready to go?" he asked. "Yes, but how are we getting out of the house?" she asked. "Ever climbed out of a window?" he asked. "No," she said, leaning against her window frame. She could see his car parked outside her home. "Let's change that. Give me your hand and watch your steps," he said, getting out.

She followed his movements, and soon they were on the ground. "You finally sneaked out. How does it feel?" he asked, starting his car. "It was fun," she caught her breath. "Where are we going?" she asked as he drove through her neighborhood. "I am going to show you my happy place," he said.

He drove through the forest, "where are you driving us to?" she asked. "Patience angel, be a bit patient," he said, stopping in front of a large rectangular rock. "I didn't know there was a rock here?" she said, getting out of the car. "Nearly no one does. This is my happy place, I come here when I need some time for me, come on, " he said, sitting on it. She sat next to him, "From here, you can clearly see all the stars." he pointed to the various constellations.

"Didn't know you were interested in stars?" she asked. "My mum was, so I kind of picked it up from her," he said. "I am glad you showed me your happy place," she said, looking at him. "Me too," he said, already looking at her. "What constellation is that?" she asked, pointing at the sky. Sam explained everything patiently to her.

From that night, most of their days were spent talking under the stars, nearly each night Sam snuck Emily out, they brought snacks or the cookies Sam baked. Some nights they walked around the town exploring each corner of their small town, Emily began to see the beauty in the place she had never seen before. The nights became the time both looked forward to. With Sam, she did all the things she wanted to, she danced in the rain, and he taught her guitar and baking. Her Spanish improved rapidly, and so did their friendship. William and Isabel's relationship started to face their first problems as their relationship went smoothly as ever. After a month, Sam didn't know whether the rock was his happy place or Emily.
