Chapter 10: The "Lost" Princess (Amiera Pov)

Lol Ik the wanted poster is very pirate like but it'll have to do...

Ryker and I wonder around the village, when a bunch of boys ran through us tripping me up which then Ryker pulls me to his side and leans down to my ear.

"Stay close" he whispers sending chills down my spine.

I nodded in response as he straightened up, while we were looking around for a place to stay Ryker pulled me over to a billboard and pulled down a wanted poster.

"Your the lost Princess!?" He says scrunching the paper up.

"I told you that though weren't you listening?!" I whisper shouted.

"You did!?" He shouts.

"Yes!" I shouted.

A bunch of guards were coming towards us and Ryker wouldn't shut up even when I tried to signal him, so I did the most unspeakable thing and wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him in for a kiss, I peak over his shoulder and saw the guards run past so as I was about to pull away he pulled me back to his chest by my waist and continued to kiss me.

"What was that for?" He asks pulling away.

"There we're guards coming and I had to get you to stop talking" I replied as I blushed.

"Oh was that the only way hm?" He asks smirking.

"N- no" I answered.

"Let's go then before they come back" he says with a chuckle.

I nodded with a smile and took his hand as he lead me to the nearest inn.

"Hello good sir how may I help you?" The man asks.

"I need a room" Ryker replies.

A room!!!!

I blushed and hid further behind Ryker as the old man look at me before looking back up at him.

"Of course sir... third door on the right down there" he says handing us a key and pointing down the hallway.

We followed his directions and stopped at a old looking door, Ryker opens the door and lets me in. I cringe at the smell and the look of the room, I turned around and watched Ryker close the door.

"Are we staying here?" I asked being grossed out.

"Yes is there a problem?" He replies with an amused look.

"Ah yeah the smell for one is disgusting and the room is dirty oh and there's only one bed" I answered.

"Well yeah it's a inn its gonna smell bad as for the bed you can have the bed to yourself and we need to keep our arrival on the down low too" he says.

I nodded and looked down at my dirty ripped clothes.

"What about my clothes?" I asked gesturing to them.

He sighs and walks back over to the door, he opens it and looks back over at me.

"Stay here I'll be back" he says.

I nodded and watched him closed the door.

I'm confused...

~ Ryker pov ~

Great now I have to shop for girl clothes...

What does she even wear..?

I walked around the stalls looking at the different clothing and a nice lady came over to me.

"What's a young man like you doing here buying clothes for women?" The lady asks.

I need to lie...

"Well I'm here because my girlfriend is needing more clothes" I replied.

"Oh how old is she?" She asks.

"About 18" I answered guessing.

"Oh then you want this" she says holding up a short white dress.

"I'll take it then" I said taking it.

Oh I hope this fits and if she likes it...

I handed her the money and walked back to the inn, I unlocked the door to our room and place the dress on the chair hearing Amiera in the bathroom. I sat on the edge of the bed and looked down at my hands, I took a deep breathe in trying to control my animalistic urges.

What's wrong with me..? Did I imprint on this girl because I feel strongly about having to protect this girl...

~ Amiera pov ~

I wrapped a towel around my body and opened the door, I smiled seeing a dress on the chair and Ryker looked out of it which made me feel bad.

"Ryker?" I said.

He looked up at me and scanned me up and down making me blush.

"Thank you for the dress" I said.

"It's fine" he says standing up.

I picked up the dress and looked at Ryker who got the message and went into the bathroom, I put on the white dress and angrily sighed seeing how short it was.

Is this for his own pleasure or something because this is ridiculously short...

I climbed on the bed and laid down completely stretching out into a relaxed position, I yawned loudly and closed my eyes.

I'm sure a small nap won't do any harm...

~ Ryker pov ~

I walked out the bathroom and swallowed harshly seeing Amiera laying on the bed fast asleep with her dress riding up, I shook the thoughts out of my head and sat down by the window. I heard a deep exhale and looked over at the girl who stretched out her legs even more, I shook my head and chuckled.

This girl is gonna be the death of me...
