"Class for this term I decided to give you a written exam/project on your Theories Personality course."
Whaaat? That's my initial reaction after hearing my strict Prof on that said subject. Pero siyempre di ko sinigaw. Sa isip ko lang ung gulat reaction na un. Pero jusko pahirapan na naman eto. Madugong paglalakbay na naman sa library at pagbuklat ng libro at patayang titig sa harap ni laptop.
I just sighed and continued to listen to my Prof, who's still busy explaining on our so called written exam/project.
"You all know that in Theories Personality course we tackled the man's behavior through a detailed overviews. So in this case I want you to make a simple biography to a well known student. Either in this school or in different one. I want you to study his or her personality based on the given knowledge that you've learned in this course. How is he or she behaves in dealing fame, social life, goals, and even love life or gossips."
"Mam I have question."
I said while raising my right hand. Di na ko nakatiis. Medyo complicated sa pagkakaintindi ko ung magiging project.
"Yes Ms. Reyes. What's your question all about?"
I let out a loud sighed first before I speak. All my classmates are looking at me.
"Hmm Mam is this written exam project is by group or individual?"
"Ah thank you Ms. Reyes for that question. Class this written exam is not by group."
Sh!t! Invidual pala eto. Ang hirap nun. Sa dami namin mag aagawan kami makahanap ng popular student. Pero inisip ko marami naman sikat na nag aaral dito sa La Salle. My first choice will be Ara. Biography ni Daks. She's popular in school as one of the star player in volleyball. Naeexcite na ko. At least di na ganun ka complicated peeo natigil ang excitement ko ng tawagin ako ulit ng prof ko.
"Ms. Reyes, by the way I just want to inform you that as one of the top student in my class I'll give you a special task. You must do the biography of Mr. Kiefer Isaac Ravena from Ateneo de Manila University."
"Whaat? Mam why me? It's not a special task, it's more like a parusa kind of task Mam."
Maktol ko sa Prof ko. Nakakagulat na ako lang ata ang binigyan ng ganito at talagang sa rival school pa nagmula.
"Ms. Reyes of course not. Take it as a challenge. You wanted to be a Psychologist so first step to learn in this course is by learning on how to deal with person's personalities."
I just sighed. It's a challenge talaga lalo kung alam nyo lang na si super crush ung pag aaralan ko. Jusko ung iisipin ko pa lang na lapitan un si Mr. Ravena parang di na kakayanin ni heart makisama, ung kausapin pa kaya ako nun. Baka mahimatay na ko.
"And by the way Ms. Reyes you're not the only one who has a special tasks. I gave some to the other students as well. So cheer up. Wag ka matakot sa agila. Hindi ka dadangitin nun."
Some of my classmates just laughed about the side comment of our Prof. Eh kasi nga eh di naman ako takot madagit nun, actually gusto ko nga madagit nun. Kaso ayaw ni heart. Di daw pwede. Kainis!
After the dismissal of my Theories Personality subject, I went straight to Agno. Time to grab for a quick light lunch and meet some friends too. Pagdating ko dun nadatnan ko na si Tin and Nice na kumakain. They're my closest friends here in school. Nakilala ko sila nung naglalaro pa ko sa Lady Spikers. They're like a fan of me at naging tawagan nila ung Lings short for 'darling' kasi nga daw ako ung darling of the crowd during my years in UAAP. They supported and cheered for me until we became bestfriends.
I quickly went on their spot and sit next to Tin.
