I was left confused after that conversation with Manong. Until now I can't have any courage to tell it to Thea how much I love her. I'm scared of losing her.
Seems no difference between telling her or not to. Cause of I'll tell her about my feelings and her answer will be a big NO, that's the end. Then if I remain in silence by just hiding my feelings, I might lose her as well to a different guy. A guy that much braver than me to admit that he fell for her.
Pucha! Literal na kagulo ung utak ko at puso ko. Bakit ba kasi sa bestfriend ko pa tumibok si heart. I need to be a man enough for Thea.
"Lalim nyan Thirds ah! Care to share?"
Thea interrupted my reverie. She just came out from her ballet class. Pawis na pawis at pulang pula pa sya. Sinundo ko sya. It's our bonding day today. Kinuha ko ung ballet bag nya at tumayo then naglakad papunta sa car ko. Nakasunod lang sya.
"Hoy Ferdinand anong drama mo? Bakit nandedeadma ka?"
She asked me again. This time hinampas nya ang likod ko ng towel na hawak nya. Ang liit na babae pero napaka bayolente nya.
"Nothing. I'm just exhausted from the practice for today."
I simply said.
"Aww if you're tired pala bakit sinundo mo pa ko. You should stay at home na lang. Nagpasundo na lang ako sa driver ko."
She replied while wrapping her arms around my waist, hugging me from behind.
Sh!t Thea yan, ung mga galawang mong ganyan ang nagpapahina sakin lalo.
"It's our day today. I made a promise last week right?"
I said facing her.
"Yeah you did. But I don't want you to compromise your health. Pagod ka na nga tapos naging driver at tagapag alaga pa kita."
She said.
"It's fine. Gusto ko din eto eh."
I said.
"Thirds, I want you to be honest to me. Bakit sobrang bait mo sakin? I mean not because we're bestfriends. May iba pa bang reason?"
She asked nervously. I made a loud sighed. Hindi ko alam kung anu una ko sasabihin sakanya.
"Ayaw mo ba ng ganito ko sayo?"
I asked.
"Gusto ko. Of course gustong gusto ko. But I'm scared to get hurt."
She said in a very faint voice, almost whispering. She even bows her head.
"Huh? Scared? Hurt?"
I asked wondering. Di ko sya magets. Anu ba pinagsasabi nito.
"Wag ka masyado mabait at lalo na maging sweet kasi baka makalimutan ko ung lugar ko jan."
She said pointing to my heart.
"Thirds pwede sabihin mo sakin if bawal ako mainlove sayo. Kasi honestly I'm beginning to fall and it hurts me."
She blurted out. I was surprised by what I've heard. Coming from her, admitting that she's inlove with me. Pucha totoo ba eto.
"Thea pakisampal ako. Gusto ko lang mafeel na totoo eto. Am I not dreaming?"
I asked her. She gave me her questioning look. At sa lala ng excitement ko, I cupped her face into my palms and kissed her. Bahala na if asa parking lot kami at after nito masampal nya ko. Basta sa kiss na eto masabi ko sakanya na love ko sya.
"Thirds are we- I cut her off by kissing her again. Di na sya pumapalag kaya chance eto.
"Wait Thirds- I kissed her again.
"Thirds- "I love you Thea" I said in between our kiss. She just giggled and mouthed "love you too."
We decided to go to our house. Dun na muna kami magbobonding. I asked our helpers to cook some lavish food for us by lunch. It's a call for celebration. Tinext ko din si Manong that I'm taken now. Ang sagot lang nya "eh di wow!"
