Finally! Saved by the bell, I really hate math class. I started to walk down the halls. I passed a group of kids huddling around some one. It was Kevin the school bully, and he was beating up my best friend Nathan. I immediately ran to Nathan's side to help him. Sadly he wasn't the first one to be bullied by Kevin. When I ran into him I saw he had a bloody eye. I looked up at Kevin in pure hatred. He just hurt my best friend he was in for a beating.
"What the heck Kevin! Could you just stop for a minute and think you might actually be hurting the people you bully?" I yelled at Kevin angrily.
"Wow, sticking up for the poor defenseless nerd, green girl? I thought you would have given that up along time ago." He said smirking.
"For the last time I'm not green girl!" I yelled at him, my cheeks turning red from anger.
"Say that to your hair witch! With those green stripes in your hair I wouldn't be surprised if you ride a broomstick home!" He said with a wide grin showing his yellowy green teeth. The crowd started to laugh, I could feel my cheeks burning hot red. Why did everyone think my green streaks were so bad?
"Stop this know." I said as brave as I could. I saw Nathan slowly limping away.
Kevin followed my gaze and let out a pity laugh. He raised his leg back and kicked Nathan in the side.
"Nathan!" I scram with alarm. How are none of the teachers seeing this? That didn't matter I looked up at Kevin to say something smart but nothing came out.
"Don't have a good comeback I see. Poor, poor, Mallory unlucky, evil Malory. I'm starting to see why your parents named Mallory the meaning of your name fits you perfectly unlucky and evil just like you! You know you should just go back to where ever your came from because no one wants you! Why do you think your parents left you? You should just kill yourself and save the next guy some trouble." His yellow grin imprinted into my brain I had nothing to say. He won. Just like he always does.
Tears flared in my eyes but I didn't want to show him weakness. But how could I not? I didn't know what to do I was sad, lonely, confused, and most of all I was angry. I was tired of him treating everyone like this. I felt something seep through my head and slowly taking over. Little by little I felt myself growing. My eyes became full of green electricity. I lost all control, I attacked.
When I awoke I didn't know where he was or what had happened. Sweat was running down my face. All I could remember was a hazy green. I tried to stand but it was immediately pulled back down.
"What the-"I whispered. My hands are in chains, tied to the wall. I looked around, I was in a big black room. Far ahead of me was a door. A door like one of the ones you would see in a.... Wait could I be? No. There is no way. I looked around once more. Yep, I was definitely in a prison.
I heard the lock being picked at and then heard the door slowly Creek open. Three grown men walked into the room. One wore normal clothes but the others carried a big guns and wore helmets and were dressed in black. There was a logo on the front of their shirts I think it read S.H.I.E.L.D.
The two men in Black turned around and left shutting the door unlocking it behind them. Leaving me and the man dressed in normal clothes alone. The man had black hair. He wore a purple dress shirt with a brown jacket over it, and brown pants.
He just stared at me like he knew something I didn't. He looked so familiar. I swear I knew him from somewhere. His face looked oddly like mine...
"hello Mallory. Nice to see you after all these years. I'm Dr. Bruce Banner. You can just call me Dr. banner if you want. I know you probably want some answers about who you are and your past, or what that green haze was." He said coldly, almost nervous. He seemed to be shaking like the sight of me brought back bad memories or something.
"where am I? What is the green haze? More importantly how do you know about my past, no one knows about my past?"I said quickly. This banner guy was starting to scare me.
"Well.... I am... Um.... Your father." He said twitching at the word father.
"What? No. My father died several years ago and I was sent to an orphanage." I start to shake some thing about him made me feel like he might just be telling the truth.
"Im also known as the Hulk, that's my more we'll know name. I'm the reason that you have to go through the green haze."
"Wait, you mean you left me I don't orphanage even though you knew I could hook up and kill someone? And why would you just leave me at an orphanage explain that. Dad!" I felt myself begging to shake. I knew he was telling the truth. I couldn't believe him! I went my whole life thinking I was alone and an orphan, just to find out I was just abandoned. How could he.
"I couldn't take care of you myself, and seeing you even today just brings back memories that I just want to throw away."
"So I'm just a bad memory to you? What kind of father are you! Only showing up when I cause trouble? Why did you never come back for me?"I yelled at him. I could feel the tears streaming down my face. He walked over to me as if he wanted to comfort me. He reached out his hand but awkwardly just turned around and left to the door.
What kind of father father is he? I hate him. That is all I will ever feel for this man. Just to think all I am to him is a bad memory. I hate him.
