Later that night, Max locked herself away in a room.

"So. Lucas, the oven?" Eddie winked at Lucas, he tried to make it secretive but it he did it awfully. He tried to add code language as well but he did it badly. A lot of people know about the oven saying "bun in the oven" its known as.

Lucas sighed, "filled." he rubbed his eyes.

Will looked over at the oven, "Theres nothing in there?"

El hit him over the head, "Dont you remember what Eddie said? He means Max is pregnant. Why are you using code? You literally told us there was a possibility of Max being pregnant." She rolled her eyes.

"Well-" Eddie tried to think of an excuse but his mind was completely empty, "Yeah right, sorry. forgot."

"Poor Max." Dustin shook his head slowly while watching tv.

"You may not know! She might want this." Will threw that option on the table.

"Shes crying Will. She has been crying for like 3 hours now, i dont think she does." El scolded him.

Suddenly, they heard a door open. It was Max. I guess she was okay, well more okay now. She walked into the living room.

"Hey Maxxx" El said in that tone people normally talk to dogs to.

"Hi El." She said emotionlessly.

"So your pregnant, thats cool!" Dustin said not really paying attention.

"Dustin!" Lucas whispered aggressively.

"Huh- " Dustin snapped back to reality and turned to Max whos eyes red and swollen. "Oh i mean- sorry." He quickly turned his head away.

"Im- gonna go upstairs.." Max went to run away but was stopped by El shouting at her.

"Dont." El hissed at her. "Everybody, out. Max, SIT." El stared at all of them intensely.

"Yes ma'am!" They all said, running out the room.

"NO LISTENING IN!" El shouted to them.

Max sat down next to El, "I know what you're gonna say." she sighed.

"Okay, i still want to talk." El put her hand on top of Maxs

Max broke into tears, "I cant do it.. I just cant.."

"Yes you can, and im gonna help you through it." El looked at Max. "And obviously Lucas will, You arent alone."

"I know im not alone.." Max felt tear after tear stream down her face, "Im just scared.."

"Thats okay, im sure a lot of people who go through this are terrified.. think they cant do it, that they will let everybody down. Their family, their friends, even themselves. But You.. you have a loving mom.. loving friends and loving boyfriend! You can do it," El smiled.

"I havent told my mom yet." Max looked down.

"You havent..?" El gave a sad look to Max.

"How could i..? I feel like it will break her, she did tell me that she wouldnt support it if i had kids before the age of 25." Max looked back up at El.

"Thats on her!" El shouted.

"I understand her though.. she doesnt want me to end up like her." this sentence confused El.

"What do you mean..?" El asked.

"Well.. she messed up her life early, she ended up in not 1 but 2 awful and abusive marriages and had me at a really young age. And now shes an alcoholic, working 2 jobs just to get by, the days she doesnt work she just goes to a bar and gets wasted. Brings home a random guy and then most of the time gets robbed and dumped." Max sighed. "She will be devasted when she hears this.."

"I will be there, when you tell her. I swear." El held out her pinky to pinky swear.

Max smiled and pinky swore with her, "I love you El." Max hugged her.

"Love you two, honestly you could not have a better best friend." El cockily said.

Max laughed, "I know."

They both leaned out of the hug and called everybody downstairs.

Max was scared but she was glad she had the best people by her side to get her through all this.
