Dad told me about how he got us this evaluation to be invited to this world karate tournament so I'm about to put on a show this is my chance to prove I'm one of the best in the world.

I walk into the dojo and see the boys talking I walk over to them "man who knew people could kick that hard" miguel says as I walk over to them "or that high" Robby says as I do my handshake with the boys.

"Damon have you heard" hawks says I cut him off "sekai taikai i say they nod "ya dad told us last night we we're playing PlayStation your we're supposed to meet us what happened?" Robby asks me I look at them.

"Dude what's with the sunglasses" miguel asks me I nod

"Ya sorry I missed it I was at mini golf with Sam then I got home about to walk through the door and Tory and Jo pulled me away to this new dance club or whatever" I say shaking my head clearly hungover.

"And sams cool with that" Robby asks "ok one we're not official so i do as I please" I say they all look at me "stop bullshiting" hawk says I sigh and scratch my head "Tory took my phone so I couldn't ask even though I shouldn't have to but I was going to but ya" I say to them.

"Well she'll know now you look like hell dude" hawk tells me "thanks" I say with a thumbs up I still got my leather jacket on and forgot my bag everything it's just today isn't the day.

"But back to larger issues im gonna put on a clinic and carry us to that fucking tournament if I have too" I tell them

"Ya hawk was showing us this video it's fucking insane" Robby says "I guess that's why it's the biggest competition in the world" sam says walking up with penis breath and Chris then jo walks in with my phone in hand.

"Thanks for being so considerate" I tell her as she hands me my phone I can feel sam staring at me "no wonder you didn't answer last night she says I sigh and face her.

"Sorry sam ah that's my fault tory was going through something and we needed to blow off some steam and if you want to party you call Damon Lawrence she says I nod at her "ya thanks for all that info jo helping me so much here" I say to her and sams irate at this point.

"I'm sorry did I hear Tory" she asks I sigh then dad comes over "boozo come here need to talk to you" he says leading me into the house "thanks for the save" I tell him he nods "don't thank me yet" he tells me I walk into the house Daniel and chozen are looking at me pissed.

"Hey guys what's up" I ask them I'm pretty shook not gonna lie.

"How about you tell us" he says I nod "and take off the damn sunglasses" he tells me I do and since when I see direct light.

"How the hell did you guys know" I say I look at dad "ok I sorta get it but like I'm not actually dating your daughter yet" I say he looks confused "what does this have to do with Sam" he asks clearly getting more angry and that brings chozen on it and I'm completely panicking and I've backed myself into a corner.

"You first" I say "we have a problem with you showing up hungover to practice a day before the evaluation Damon your a leader here and right now they see you walking in in jeans and a leather jacket with sunglasses on not the best example" he tells me and is staring through my soul.

"Ok well I told dad about last night and who I was with so I figured he told you but fuck it I got home was going to have a very tame and responsible night with the boys then Josie and Tory pulled me away and brought me to a dance bar nothing happened I really like your daughter sir" I say completely intimidated I can hear dad cracking up when I said sir complete dickhead.
