Azula sits on the earth kings throne as fire healers tend to her wounds. A map is brought out along with parchment. A day has past since an agreement was made between her and the avatar. Today was the last day of sozins comet, she knew she had to close the deal today or everything would be ruined.

"I'm willing to relinquish all conquered land except for all coastal cities of the earth kingdom." Azula says

Aang opens his mouth to speak but is talked over by the earth King.

"Absolutely not! We'd be completely dependent on the fire nation for all trade!" He shouts but immediately cowers in fear as Azula glares at him.

"He's right. This isn't a fair deal. We agreed to fair trade." He says warning her.

"Fine, we get the north western territories along with free trade tax from both the water tribes and earth kingdom. Also earth and water nations must pay a yearly tribute of Iron and gold for the next 100 years. In return all prisoners of war are released and all territories outside the agreed upon contact are set free. Along with a 100 year peace treaty between the fire nation and all other nations." Azula says smiling.

"Are you insane? We'd never agree to that!" The earth king shouts.

"Huh? Oh haha" Azula says giving a genuine laugh.

"What's so funny?" Aang says annoyed.

"Its funny that actually believe you have say in the matter." Azula says wiping away tears of laughter.

"Did you forget I can still stop you." Aang says glaring at her.

"You're more idiotic than I thought. This isn't a my surrdered. These are my demands. You think just because you can defeat me doesn't mean you won the war. Just because father is dead doesn't mean anything. My troops still occupy most major cities. One order from me and the whole world burns." Azula says staring down at Aang. As if saying now you're place.

"You wouldn't." Aang says not even believing that himself.

"You have no cards to play Avatar. But seeing as I like my life I'm willing to lower my demands. So I get the northwest territories, 10 years of tribute from all nations, all prisoners of war on both sides are released, all trade for the fire nation are taxed at half the price, this also includes any independent nations that i assume will raise after this as well. Plus 100 years of peace. That's the deal. Take it or the world burns." Azula says tossing the treaty towards him.

"Wait what's this part about Independent nations?" Aang asks.

"Well considering how weak the earth kingdom is I suspect rebellion to break out after we leave. If that does happen and the earth King can't handle it wouldn't it be better if they are included in the deal as well. I mean if you don't want to that's fine with me. It'll just give more territory." Azula smirks.

Aang contemplates for a moment, he knows she's up to something but can't figure it out. It's like trying to solve a puzzle with most of the pieces missing. He doesn't have the time nor information. He knows he has no choice.

"Zuko and Katara are free as well." Aang says

"Katara is free but Zuzu must stay." Azula says

"That wasn't the deal!" Aang says his eyes glowing.

"Calm down, I'm not imprisoning him. I've already gave him to Mai. He'll be left on ember Island our family home. He is stay on the island and until I say. You can visit him anytime you want. I just need him to remain dead until I get the home front managed. Understand. It's not a bad deal, he gets live in a fancy home with the girl he loves. Win-win right?" Azula says
