"you better explain. You're dad would be very disappointed" Natalie said sternly.
"Please don't tell him" Adrian pleaded "please" he was on the brink of tears.
"Well I didn't come here to expose your secret identity. You have a dinner to attend today with your father." Natalie said "and make sure to be more careful you wouldn't want any other secrets getting out"
"Shit that's what I forgot thanks Natalie" Adrian ran to his closet for his outfit. He was glad he got a bowtie recently. His suit was light grey, he wears it a lot.
His dad walks in as Adrian's struggling with his tie. "Are you ready"
"Yeah, dad"
Gabriel walks over "clearly you're not" he fixes Adrian's tie as he's speaking "I know dinners can be a challenge for you especially with your friends catering the meal"
"Marinette's family is catering"
"Yes now listen I don't want you wandering off with your friends there are very important people there that want to meet you so you have to be there the entire time"
"The sponsors want to talk to me?"
"Yes, have you represent their brand is a good look so don't mess this up"
"Okay I won't run off with my friends" Adrian looked in the mirror at his bowtie
"Good" Gabriel turned around and exited the room without another word.
Adrian watched through the mirror as his dad walked out the door.
