My husban and I were married for a year when we decided to go for a drive. We wanted to go get food at this really good restaurant. Of course however we didn't remember the directions very well. We were new to the area and didn't even know the people very well.
I told my husband that we should ask for directions or look it up. He, being the macho man he is, said he could find it. We were on the high way and took an exit that went into a dark forest. We followed this road for a long time before we decided to turn off and go back.
The road we turned on too was dirt and very narrow so we had a bit of trouble backing up. I told my husband to drive farther up the road till there was a better place tp turn around. We followed this one for a good ten minutes before coming upon a clearing.
In this clearing was a a group of at least thirty people. They were gathered around a bon fire that was big enough to light most of the opening. I yelled at my husband to get us out of there. He turned us around so fast that my head hit the window. I saw a few of the people look towards us and I felt sick.
We still went to the restaurant but we were very paranoid. Ever little noise made us jump. From that day on we made sure to always know where we were going.
