Hey guys,

Look, I came back so soon to update! I'm actually sitting at work right now in what we called a Comfort Station. I basically sit here and wait for people to come up and buy things. So I figured if I'm just sitting here, I might as well get some writing done right?

Also, I'm not sure how much longer I am going to keep this story going. I need to check my old laptop and see what I had written down for this story, because I remember writing ideas down for it at one point. Along with ideas for other fanfics, as well. But don't worry, if I finish this one, I will be starting a new one!

Also, I'm thinking of complying all of my individual one-shots into one fanfic of one-shots. I'll still leave the originals posted. But I have more one-shots that I've written on my Instagram page, and on my phone that I would love to add to this account.

My IG btw is the same username as this one if you ever want to find me on there to read those fanfics.

It had been a few days and Astrid had noticed Hiccup acting strange. She never found out about where he had gone too the other day when he had been home late. She was worried that something was wrong. She was trying not to let it bother her though and she was nursing Ella on the couch in the living room while Hailey was at school.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hailey had a substitute teacher that day and Hailey was sitting at a table eating her lunch when she heard a voice she recognized. Hailey looked over and saw Cami at the door talking to the teacher.
"I'm here to pick up my daughter." Cami said to the teacher. The teacher looked at her.
"I wasn't told about any students being picked up early today." The teacher told Cami.
"Well, there was an emergency and I need to bring her home." Camille told the teacher.
"Who are you here for?" The teacher asked her.
"Hailey Haddock." Cami told her. The teacher walked over to the desk grabbing Hailey's folder. She opened to read about pick ups.
What the teacher didn't know is that Camille had emailed the school under Hiccup's name and changed the pickup sheet information. Stating that Hailey was allowed to be picked up by her at anytime. The teacher brought it over and had Camille sign Hailey out.
The teacher went to Hailey and asked her to pack her lunch and get her things.
"Why?" Hailey asked her.
"Your mom is here to pick you up." The teacher told her. Hailey looked at Cami and back at her teacher and shook her head.
"No. I don't go with her. Only daddy, grandma and Astrid can pick me up." Hailey told her teacher. Cami glared at Hailey from the door.
"I know that's what your use too sweetheart, but it looks like that changed. The form in your folder has your moms named on it as well. So come on." The teacher tried to encourage Hailey to get up from her chair. Hailey wouldn't move.
Camille rolled her eyes and came into the classroom. She grabbed Hailey's lunch pail and walked to her backpack, grabbed her shoes and coat and backpack and went back to Hailey and picked her up. Hailey had a death-grip on her chair with her hands as Cami tried to pull her off.
Cami pried the girls hand from the chair and whispered something in her ear that the teacher couldn't hear. Hailey stopped and let Cami take her. Cami got outside with Hailey and brought her to her car.
"You little brat. Making a scene like that." Cami forced Hailey down into the car seat she had for her and buckled her in. Hailey was crying.
"I want daddy!" She said. "You are not allowed to get me from school! I hate you!" Hailey yelled at Cami. Cami glared at her.
"Don't make me shut you up. Your dad had no right taking you from me. I'm your mom. We're going on a road trip, and you're going to stay with mommy for a while. I have all new clothes and toys for you." Camille told her and shut the door and got in on the drivers side. Hailey sniffed and wiped tears from her eyes.
"What about daddy? and mommy?" Hailey asked. Cami looked back at Hailey.
"I am YOUR mom!" Cami half yelled at Hailey. "No one else. Is that understood bug?" Cami asked her. Hailey glared at her.
"Only daddy can call me that! and you're not my mommy!" Hailey told her. "what about my sister!?" Hailey said too. Cami was watching the road, driving, and her eyes widened when Hailey said that.
"What sister?" Camille asked her.
"Ella. My baby sister. Daddy and Astrid had her." Hailey said sniffing and wiping her tears.
Cami felt herself get angry. She got onto the highway, knowing they would be a good few hours away or more before Hiccup knew that Hailey was gone.
It was three o'clock and Hiccup and Astrid went to the school with Ella to pick up Hailey. They got to the classroom and Hiccup looked around for her. He glanced over to her hook and saw her stuff was gone. His eyes widened. He walked over to the teacher.
"Excuse me, where is my daughter?" Hiccup asked. "Her things are gone." The teacher looked at him.
"Who's your daughter?" She asked him. Hiccup noticed it wasn't the regular teacher and his mind went to the worst place.
"Hailey Haddock. She's only allowed to be signed out by me, my wife, or my mother. Where is she?!" He raised his voice. Astrid's eyes widened when she heard Hiccup call her his wife.
"Um, her mother came for her at lunch. Said her name was Camille. I took Hailey's folder out and the sheet had Camille's name listed as a sign out, said it was approved by you." the teacher told him and grabbed Hailey's folder to show him. Hiccup's eyes widen as she told him this. He grabbed the file and looked over the sheet, there was a copy of an e-mail attached stating that he had given permission for Camille to sign Hailey out. Hiccup was livid, and could feel his anger, and worry rising by the second. He looked at the e-mail address it was sent from and it wasn't his. He knew Cami had made up an e-mail using his name and e-mailed the school this.
Hiccup looked at the teacher, furious. "Get your principal now!" He told her. He turned to Astrid. "Astrid, call the cops. Cami kidnapped her."
That's all for this chapter.  I know, I know, I'm leaving it on a cliffhanger.
But this chapter is over 1100 words and I haven't written a chapter that long, in a while.
So yay for that.
Anyway, have a great day/night wherever you are!
