Tainted Red (Akashi Seijuro X OC)

-Chapter 8-

 

         If I could go back in time,

I would go to the first time I met you.

I would make you mine

     Under the vast space of dark blue

 

If I could go back in time

I wouldn't go

  Because I have you

Ever since the beginning of time.

 

     I placed the pencil down as I stood up and handed my poem to Aya-Sensei, being the first one to finish the given task about a poem 'If I could go back in time', I went out of the class earlier and was dismissed.

    If only I could really go back in time...

-Class POV-

        " If I could go back in time,

I would go to the first time I met you.

I would make you mine

     Under the vast space of dark blue

 

If I could go back in time

I wouldn't go

  Because I have you

Ever since the beginning of time."

         Aya-Sensei recited the poem to the entire class after Akiyo left. The entire class was silent after she recited the last verse.

   Everyone was in awe of those words, they all knew and were all well-aware who that poem is referring to.

       They all sneaked a peak to the Class President, Akashi Seijuro, to see him not paying attention at all.

"Well, isn't that beautiful? Come on class, work on your short poems and impress me or you won't be able to go home at all." Aya-Sensei said as the class groaned and some shouted their 'yes'.

       Minutes later, Akashi stood up with a slight smirk in his face, he handed his work to Aya-Sensei before leaving the classroom.

   Aya-Sensei took the paper and adjusted her glasses as she read the poem.

She stopped reading the first part when she realized to  whom this is referring to. Then she smiled at the next verse.

 

-Akiyo's POV-

   I decided to go to the hospital today. I'm still in my uniform and I still have my bag with me. I in haled a breathe as I approached a nurse and told her my condition.

She immediately phoned a  doctor to attend to me. She left me in an empty room full of medical things.

   "Good afternoon, Miss Akiyo." I looked up to a female doctor who seems to be in her 30's.

"Hi." I said weakly.

"How are you feeling?" She asked kindly as she approached me. But I could only nod when I removed the jacket I've been wearing.

   I heard her release a gasp when she saw all my wounds all looking fresh and huge. She immediately called for a nurse which made me panic.

"No, please. Can you attend to me alone?" I muttered. She looked at me with motherly eyes before sighing.
