He left me standing there with a frown. I wanted to chase him. But he told me not to. And Akashi is always obeyed no matter what.
He grew farther and farther from me. Every step he took sent sharp piercing in me.
I decided that that's enough of this.
I didn't chase him last time and look what happened.
I obeyed him when he to me to shut up and go away.
But not today. Not now.
"Akashi!" I shouted causing him to stop walking.
"Who are you to order me?" I asked out of nowhere. He remained still and I continued.
"Can't I chase you when I want to?" I slowly walked towards him.
I don't know what I'm doing but I know I wouldn't want to do nothing.
"Stop this." He said with a hint of anger in his voice.
But I won't stop. It's time that we talk about what happened. It's time I explain things. It's time for my questions to be answered.
"I won't stop." I said as I grabbed his hand and made him face me.
He had a pissed look in his face and although I find it hot. This is not the time to think about those.
"It's about time that you hear me out when I say the truth." I said seriously. I don't care anymore if he believes me or not, I just need to hear me out.
His eyes softened a little when I said those words. He removed my tight grip on his wrists.
"It doesn't matter anymore. I already know." He coldly said and I froze.
"W-What do you mean you know?" I stuttered. He knew? Then why?
"I can't love you." He deadpanned as he took a step back.
Tears were in the corner of my eyes as he said those words.
"What are you talking about? What do you mean you can't love me? Do you love someone else?" I dreaded for his answer.
"No. There is no one else." He answered.
"Then why?" I exclaimed desperately.
"Because you'll hurt me again." He said and my eyes widened in disbelief.
"I won't hurt you! I promise. I have always loved you! If you really know about the blackmail then why are you saying that?" Tears fell down my eyes uncontrollably.
He took another step back as he eyed my figure.
"Are you leaving me?" I choked back a sob.
"I guess I am." He whispered as he turned around and left me there with a broken heart and a heavy feeling.
