Of course the rest of the school day dragged for Stiles but he was glad that he got to spend his last couple of lessons with Lydia in some of the classes that they actually shared. Even despite the knowing looks and stares he received from Scott the whole time, that basically screamed that he knew what they'd done at lunch. He practically rushed her to their lockers when the last bell rang as they grabbed everything they needed to head home. Their lockers were only a two apart from each other and he could remember how excited his nerdy 14 year old self was when he discovered that his way out of his league crush had a locker so close to his. Stiles shook away the funny memory as he leant against the locker next to hers, watching happily as she collected her things. "You're staring Stiles..." she sing songed at him without even looking up as she emptied some books from her bag into her locker. Stiles scoffed at her, "and you're gorgeous..." He complimented her sweetly, relishing in the fact he managed to make her blush as she finally stopped and looked up at him, a knowing look in her eyes. She lightly shook her head at him, her strawberry blonde curls falling around her perfectly as she did so. "You are so cheesy." She teased meanly at him with a grin she couldn't help, as he only smirked in response, a smirk he knew she couldn't resist. "You love it." He replied cockily at her as she scoffed, rolling her eyes at him, as Stiles leant forward to kiss her but just before he did, the pack joined them. "Interrupting something?" Scott jested with an innocent smile as he pushed into him purposefully, nearly knocking him over and into Lydia with a jolt. Stiles gave him a false laugh, squinting his eyes at him as Scott laughed. He was clearly frustrated at their interrupted kiss, whilst Lydia seemed to find it hilarious. She closed her locker, leaning close next to him as the rest of them gathered around.
"So, meet at mine at 6 and bring some snacks okay! See you guys later!" Scott instructed as they all agreed hastily. Just as they dispersed, Stiles and Lydia headed down the corridor towards the exit before Kira quickly caught them up. "Wait Lydia! I wanted to ask your opinion on something?" The small Asian girl stopped them in their tracks as Stiles felt himself grow frustrated as he just wanted to leave. Lydia nodded at the girl before turning back to Stiles. "Could you give us a moment, I'll meet you at your jeep okay?" She said calmly as he nodded with sigh before heading off alone, giving one last look to the two girls before he headed out the double doors. Scott quickly caught up with him outside the school as they walked towards his bike. "God dude you reek of frustration, what's up?" Scott moaned at him as Stiles glared back at him, his response evident in his reaction. "Fuck, sorry I know you said no wolf powers but I can't always help it." He apologised as Stiles dropped his gaze to the floor. "I know, I'm sorry I'm being an ass. I'm not even sure why I'm so agitated today. I just feel a bit anxious. All I want to do is spend all my time with Lydia like nothing else matters." He explained as they came to a stop at Scott's dirt bike. Scott furrowed his eyebrows at his friend as he grabbed his helmet. "Yeah but that's normal dude, you've just started dating, it's normal to want to be with her all the time, trust me." Scott informed him with a grin, as Stiles sighed. "No i know, I get that but erm it's more than that. It's like I'm always scared when I'm not with her, like I'm scared that something is going to happen again..." he said sadly as Scott paused for a moment before placing a comforting hand on his shoulder. "Oh man, I know your anxious Stiles but I think you're just constantly on high alert after everything that happened this year. But you can relax for now, just enjoy being with her, you guys deserve to be together after everything that you two have been through." Scott gave him a soft smile as Stiles scoffed lightly. "Yeah...i just hate feeling like this. I just want to be happy and relaxed." Scott looked at him worriedly but gave him a smile anyway. "I know, but being in the wild hunt was bound to have some effect on you, look tonight we'll be watching movies and eating loads of crap and you can just relax with Lydia yeah?" Scott reassured him as he sat on his bike, placing his helmet on. Stiles nodded with a weak smile, "and Stiles? Tell her. Tell Lydia about how you feel cause knowing her she's probably already noticed and is worried about you. It's always best when they know." He smiles happily at him, closing his helmet shield as Stiles stepped away. Scott said one last goodbye before riding out the car park. Stiles brought his keys out his pocket, fiddling with them nervously as he headed towards his beloved jeep. He turned around, learning against it casually as he looked back at the school, awaiting Lydia's arrival as he let his thoughts run wild in his head.
