"I don't know what to do Scott, I've ruined it for real this time. She's never coming back to me!" Stiles cried out in frustration as his best friend listened patiently. "Now I have to go watch her date Ryan. She definitely doesn't want me now." A small tear fell down his cheeks as he aggressively wiped it away. "This is all a mess." Scott finally spoke as Stiles snapped his gaze to him. "Oh, you think? Come on Scott this is a huge mess and it's all my fault, as usual." He retorted angrily as Scott just nodded. "Wow you aren't even gonna disagree with me?" Stiles flailed his hands up while rolling his eyes as he leant further back in the chair. "Nope. You're right. It is all your fault and you are honestly the biggest idiot, I really don't know why you didn't just tell her from the start." Scott explained honestly as Stiles groaned dramatically. He hated when 'honest Scott' came out, he made too much sense and it irritated him how right he usually was. "Wow Scotty, keep speaking you're really boosting my confidence here." He spoke sarcastically, wafting his hands dramatically, as Scott gave him a perfect grin in response. Scott knew what he was like, he would be mad it him for a little while but he knew he couldn't be mad at him forever. Scott was used to his best friends dramatic and sarcastic moments, and this was definitely one of those times where he needed to hear the truth.

"Stiles come on man, you fucked up but it's okay maybe we can fix this all a different way..." he mentioned, now deep in thought, pealing Stiles interest. "Oh yeah, how? I'm listening." He leant forward and closer to the boy, making sure the other people around them couldn't hear them. "Look maybe there is a supernatural solution instead?" Stiles gave him a questionable look. "Like what?" He snapped back in confusion as Scott finally sat back in his seat, leaning against the wall. "Not a clue yet, but if I have to watch my best friend lose the love of his life to an utter douchebag like Ryan I think I'll stab myself in the eye." Scott whined as Stiles only nodded in agreement, letting out a little chuckle which mostly hid his fear, as they both finally fell into a comfortable silence.

Maybe Scott was right, all this time he'd been trying normal solutions when maybe the answer was more supernatural. Whatever it was, he was sure Deaton would know the answer. Just as he was about to speak again the bell rang to signify the end of lunchtime. Just as Stiles was about to say something, he got instantly distracted as he spotted Lydia and Ryan across the courtyard, hand in hand as she giggled at something he said. He had his arms around her, keeping her close as they spoke to some of his friends. Stiles watched them as rage burned inside of him, his anger growing at seeing them together. "Stiles, don't." Was the last thing he heard but he'd already decided. He wasn't sure when he'd made the decision but his body already had for him. Before he knew it, he was storming over to them, his anger and jealousy coming off him in waves. As soon as he got closer, Ryan spotted him first, his smile instantly dropping as Lydia finally turned in his direction. "Oh no..." Ryan spoke with a cocky smirk, as Stiles had to clench his fists just to stop himself from punching the loser. Lydia had fully turned around now, Ryan's arms still around her as she looked up at him. He glanced down at her, hurt reflected in his eyes as he tried not to look at her too long. "Stiles...?" she spoke quietly but Stiles instantly cut her off. "You're still w-with him?! Even after everything I told you...?" He asked in disbelief, pointing to Ryan as Ryan only scoffed at him. Before Lydia could even answer, Ryan spoke for her. "Of course she is, I'm her boyfriend, her real boyfriend." He retorted arrogantly as Stiles glared at him. "No you're not. Stop lying to her!" He shouted back as Ryan laughed callously. Lydia looked utterly confused as she kept her now watery gaze on Stiles, watching him in curiosity. Ryan raised his eyebrows at him, stepping closer as he pushed Lydia slightly to the side. "Well well look at this boys...(he suddenly turned to his friends behind him)...Stiles here thinks that he's Lydia's 'real' boyfriend... now who here looks more like someone she'd actually date...me? Or this lanky anti-social loser right here?" Ryan questioned harshly as Stiles sighed heavily as they all laughed at him. Lydia, on the other hand looked beyond confused as she watched him carefully, her brow furrowed as she watched the scene play out.
