Stiles headed to school in a huff, as he drove recklessly, not even bothering to park up correctly before he hopped out his jeep. Just as he did, Scott pulled up in his dirt bike beside him, but Stiles didn't stop, his frustration getting the better off him as he carried on walking in a mood. Of course, despite it, Scott quickly caught up to him, his concern for his friend now evident. "Stiles? Stiles?! Are you okay? Why are you so upset? I can smell it on you!" He asked him hastily as Stiles carried on into school, tightening his grip on his rucksack as he headed to his locker. "I've told you before about the werewolf ability Scott." He snapped harshly at him, his tone cold and unforgiving as Scott could clearly see that something else was wrong, that he was just lashing out. "Stiles! Come on just tell me what's happened?!" He quizzed him again as Stiles sighed finally turning to him. "Scott, I fucked everything up. I'm the world's biggest idiot and I just don't think I deserve love at this point." He whined as Scott gave him a concerned look. "What happened?" His voice was softer now as he leant against the locker next to his. "Lydia came to see me last night Scott, she told me that she feels all confused about me and that she feels like she should be near me and that she feels safe with me." He explained as Scott's face lit up. "Well that's great news right?! She has strong feelings for you? She wants to be near you? What's wrong with that?" Scott looked confused as Stiles shook his head quickly, turning to face him as he slammed his locker. "Yeah, but then she said she doesn't understand her feelings for me because I told her at the hospital she had a boyfriend." Scott gave him a sympathetic look, "oh no..." he trailed off allowing Stiles to continue.

"Yep and even worse, this morning we woke up and somehow we ended up spooning during the night, and to make things worse my body was erm...excited about it put it that way..." Stiles spoke awkwardly looking away as Scott's mouth fell into a little 'o' shape as he understood immediately. "Naturally, it totally freaked her out and now she probably thinks I'm just some big perv or something!" He groaned as Scott patted him lightly on the shoulder. "Shit..." he raised his eyebrows as Stiles nodded knowingly. "Yep. Deep shit. Dude she's just never going to be mine again, I fucked it up. I've lost her...i should just be glad I got to have her for the fleeting moments I did. Guys like me never end up with a girl like that." he trailed off sadly, leaning against his locker as he dropped his gaze. Everything was such a mess. "No, shut up stop it! Stop giving up! Stop feeling sorry for yourself! You did not fuck up! She was probably just freaked out because of her feelings for you, but you know you can fix this, just tell her everything Stiles, tell her the truth for the love of god." Scott instructed as Stiles sighed, he knew he was right.

Stiles thought about what he said for the next couple lessons until lunch. He knew he had to do it, it bothered him like crazy. As soon as the bell rang for lunch, he headed out, texting Scott that he was off home, he couldn't wait until the end of the day. He got back home quickly and raced into his house to find her. However, to his surprise his dad was home, and Melissa was there too, both standing with Lydia in the hallway, as they all stopped and turned to him at his sudden burst of entrance. "Stiles...?" His dad speaks first as Stiles finally shuts the door, giving him a weak smile as his gaze falls on Lydia but she avoided his eyes, dropping her gaze to the floor. The awkward tension between the two of them still present. "Ohh Erm hey- hi...guys...I'm h-home..." He states awkwardly, now realising he's made a mistake as he's going to need a good reason for his dad on why's he's off school early, especially with all the time off he's had recently. The sheriff checks his watch before squinting at his son, "you're home early...why are you home early? Why are you not at school?" He asks him sternly as Stiles can already feel the anger building up and ready to come off him. He needs one hell of a good excuse. "Oh erm yeah I um I- actually have a free period...so I just thought i would get something to...eat...at home...!" He lied terribly as Lydia turned back to him, now looking just as unconvinced as his father did as she scrunched up her face slightly. Even without her memories, she always could see right through him.
