"There's a party tonight." Mike smiled as he looked over at Will who was deeply concentrated on his painting.

"Hm, don't you think you're a bit too old to be partying with college kids?" Will asked as he knitted his brows together.

Mike sat up on Will's bed, "You think I'm old?!" He laughed looking at him.

"Well, yeah." Will said not paying close attention to the conversation, "Most people your age are leaving college."

Mike was silent for a moment before lifting his jacket, "I think I'm gonna leave now." He said quietly as he slipped his jacket on while walking to the door.

"Woah, why? I thought you were staying over tonight to supervise me." Will smiled setting his painting pallet down on his desk, "Make sure I haven't been a bad boy." He winked turning to look at Mike who had hurt written all over his face.

Mike sighed and opened the door, "Yeah, not tonight."

Will raised his eyebrow and set his canvas aside, "Did I say something?" He asked setting his hand on Mike's arm, "What's wrong?"

"Have a little think about it, okay?" Mike sighed pulling his arm away from Will and slamming the door on his way out.

"And then he left and slammed the door!" Will raged to Evan as he paced around the small dorm room.

"Wait, what did you say again?" He asked rubbing his eyes.

Will sighed and crossed his arms, "I said that he was a bit too old to be partying with college kids and that most people his age are leaving colle- ohh." Will gasped realising what he had said to upset Mike so much.

"What? What did you realise?" Evan smiled looking at him.

Will covered his face, "I'm such a bad boyfriend." He muffled.

"Doubt it." Evan laughed, "But continue."

"Mike's parents used his college money on something else and he couldn't go to college, I forgot how sensitive he is about it and I used it against him." Will sighed sitting on his bed and holding his head in his hands.

"Damn, talk about tough luck." Evan sighed getting up and sitting beside Will, "Look, I doubt you meant it. You said you were busy with your painting right? By the way, looks amazing." He smiled nudging Will's shoulder.

Will smiled and blushed a little, "Thanks."

"I'd just go to him and apologise, I'll drive you?" He offered.

Will looked at him, Evans face was perfectly structured, his eyes were a beautiful blue and there wasn't one wrinkle in sight. Will took a deep breath and looked away quickly, "No, it's fine, I'll walk." He said getting up and grabbing his coat.

"Good move, he doesn't really like me." Evan laughed rubbing the back of his neck.

"I'm sorry I dragged you into this Ev, Mike can be a little jealous sometimes." He smiled apologetically.

Evan blinked a few times then smiled, "Ev? Is that a thing now? Nicknames?"

Will blushed and covered his cheeks, "Shit! I'm sorry I didn't realise!" He laughed, embarrassed now.
