3. Chapter: First Meeting After School

Svenja's POV:

When I arrived at school, I already saw Chi and Becky standing with Ryland on the court. I walked over to them and they all greeted me. Unfortunately I had arrived very late that means we already had to go inside just after I had arrived.

"What were you talking about?", I asked Becky while we were walking to our history class which is the only subject we all have together.

"Oh, we weren't talking very long. We just told him what we did yesterday and then we asked if he wanted to do something with us after school today or tomorrow but then the bell rang. I guess we have to talk about that later."

"Ah, okay."

We just sat down as our teacher already came in and gave us an exercise which we should do while she talked to our principal.

"I'll be back in 20 minutes and I hope you all have the exercise until then otherwise do it as homework and get a bad grade."

You have to know that this teacher is strict but we already all knew that she would need much longer at the principal's just like last time. So the second she left the room everyone started talking and nobody did the exercise. Becky, Chi, Ryland and I also started talking.

"So, we were talking about meeting today or tomorrow", Chi reminded us.

"I have time on both days. I don't mind if we meet tomorrow or today", Becky and Chi agreed with me then we all looked at Ryland.

"Well, I think I have also time on both days but I have to see with my family. Wait, I'll ask Riker to ask my parents for me. Then I can tell you as soon as he writes back." He got out his phone and sent a text. We started talking about different stuff and ended up talking about where we originally came from.

"My family and I originally come from Littleton in Colorado but moved here because Riker wanted to come here to live his dream and my parents said we'll all move here so we-", he looked at Becky and grinned. "But it seems like you already know the story. So, let's continue with you guys", he laughed and Becky blushed a little.

"Well, I was born in Germany. When I was 10 I came to LA with my parents and met these two girls", Chi said and grinned at Becky and me.

"I'm originally from here. I don't have a good story to tell you about where I'm from", we all laughed and Becky continued.

"I'm originally from New Zealand and then came here with-"

"What? You're from New Zealand? That's awesome. Where exactly are you from?", Ryland interrupted her and we started laughing.

"I'm from Devenport. It's near Auckland", Becky said, still grinning.

"That's so cool. Do you still sometimes go there?"

"Yeah. Every two years to see my family and my friends. My best friend also sometimes comes to visit me and I hope I will see her again soon because I really miss her", Becky looked a bit sad to the ground. She always gets a bit sad when we talk about her family and friends in New Zealand. Ryland and Chi also seemed to have noticed and tried to distract her.

"Hey, my brother just answered me", Ryland said while looking on his phone. "He says I have time on both days. We're not doing anything. So, wanna meet today, tomorrow or on both days?", he asked grinning, looking at me. Becky looked up again and seemed happy again.

"I think us girls are gonna meet anyway on both days. It's your decision if you also come on both days or just one", Becky said laughing.

"That's true. We really do meet nearly everyday", Chi and I also laughed and Ryland grinned.

"I wouldn't mind coming both days. Where do we wanna meet today and what do we wanna do?"

We agreed on meeting at my house and we would decide what we would do when we're at my house after school. Then we did the exercise because we didn't want to do it as homework. When the lesson ended our teacher still wasn't there like we had thougt in the beginning and we all went into the break.

Rebekah's POV:

After school Ryland, Svenja, Chi and I went to Svenja's house. Her parents weren't home so we had the whole house to ourselves.

„Are you guys hungry?", Svenja asked us while walking to the kitchen.

„Yes!", Chi, Ryland and I said in unison. We all followed Svenja in the kitchen and looked what we could eat. We made ourselves pizza and went back to the living room, waiting for the pizza to be ready.

„So what do we wanna do after eating?", Chi asked enthusiastic.

„We could do something here. I don't think my parents would mind. Or we could go to the parc."

„Or the beach."

„Yeah, let's go to the beach!", Chi, Svenja and I replied.

„But first Chi and I have to go home and get our stuff."

„Yeah, I also need to get my stuff", Ryland laughed.

„How about we go home and get our stuff and we all meet beside the ice ceam shop at the beach in half an hour?", I suggested and the others agreed.

~ At the beach

Chi and I walked to the ice cream shop and saw Svenja and Ry already sitting on the bench. We all walked down to the water together and put our stuff in the sand. Then we went into the water. After a while of just splashing each other and swimming around, we got out of the water and lay down on our towels. I fell asleep after a few minutes. The others woke me up about 20 minutes later and we all went home. Chi and I went to shower and then sat down on her bed and listened to music. It was 7 pm but my parents weren't home yet, so we turned up the music. After a while of just chilling we both got a text in our group chat.

Group chat (Ry: Ryland, C: Chi, S: Svenja, Re: Rebekah)

Ry: Hey guys. Today was really fun ;)

S: Hi. Yeah, it really was :D

C: Hey, jap :)

Re: Hiii, totally ;D

C: What do we wanna do tomorrow after school?

Ry: Maybe you guys can come to my house & we could play video games or go into our pool ;)

S: You guys have a pool? O.o

Ry: Yeah :D

C: That would be cool. Let's do that and then we can decide what we can do tomorrow

Re: Yeah, that sounds really good :)

S: Yeeah!

Ry: Haha okay. Then I'll tell my mum :D

Re: Okay, but I hope we aren't disturbing your family

Ry: Oh, no. It's fine. My mum actually really wants to meet you guys ;)

Re: Okay, then it's fine. But I'm going to bed now. It's getting late. Good night you guys <3 :*

Ry: Good night :*

C: Good night <3

S: Good night :* <3

I got up from Chi's bed.

„Good night. Sleep well, sis", I said and Chi replied the same like we always do. Then I left her room, got ready for bed and went to sleep.
