It was the end of a stressful day for Kunikida and for some reason he decided to walk into the least ideal place he could think of. He had no idea why he deciddd to do this but he honestly didn't have anything else to do.
Kunikida walked past the amount of people there were crowding the place and found an empty seat and sat down there. He has no idea why he even came here in the first place. But he might aswell stay for awhile.
"Hey there." Kunikida looked to see a man wearing a white long sleeved shirt and white trousers. He was also wearing a hat and a coat . "Do you want to come with me?" He asked. "Show you something you won't forget."
"Sorry no , I don't know you. " Kunikida said standing up to leave the place. He definately made a mistake in comming here. He moved to leave but was stopped by the man who placed his hand on his shoulder.
"We're not finished yet." He said. "How about we go somewhere more private?" It looked like the man was even going as far as to suggest that. Kunikida knew he had to leave and fast before he was spotted again. He had to think of something.
As he looked around for the exit he realised he wouldn't be able to leave the bar quickly with the man not too far behind. He went up to another man wearing bandgaes.
He turned to see Kunikida. It wasn't as if they knew each other at all. "Sorry but please could you pretend to to be my boyfriend ?" The man in bandages looked over Kunikida to see the guy in the hat walking towards them. "Ok. " He quickly told Kunikida his name and Kunikida did the same thing.
"I've been looking for you." The hat man said grabbing Kunikida's arm. Dazai stepped closer and also put his own arm around Kunikida. Kunikida managed to free himself from the hat man's hold on him.
"Actually , he's with me." Dazai said glaring at Dostoevsky. Once he had seen him Dazai knew that the situation Kunikida was in was dangerous.
He also knew that Dostoevsky was someone not to be trusted at all. And this wasn't the first time Dazai had seen him.
"Is that so Dazai-kun." Dostoevsky said. "This is something else. You of all people pretending to be someones lover."
Once they finished the uneventful and boring conversation. Dazai still having his arm around Kunikida pushed past him and finally managed to get out of the bar that was crazy full of people.
As they left the bar Kunikida could feel the cold night hit them. It actually felt really good after being inside a crowded place for too long. Dazai let go of Kunikida knowing there was no way Dostoevsky was comming to look for them now.
"Sorry for dragging you into this." Kunikida said. "It wasn't exactly ideal and it was my first time in this situation and that was all I could think of."
Dazai looked at Kunikida. "Hey , its fine. Besides he is a dangerous person , and you did what anyone would have done in that situation."
"So i guess this is it now?" Kunikida said. "I guess so." Dazai said. They both reached out and shook hands and smiled at each other. "But we might see each other again." Dazai said.
They both turned to go their seperate ways as it was getting really , really late into the night. Kunikida went back home to get some rest after a long day. However something was on his mind stopping him from actually getting sleep.
Kunikida's thoughts had been on Dazai the rest of the night. And on Dazai's end it looked like that Kunikida had been living in his head rent free aswell.d
A few weeks after their first meeting both Dazai and Kunikida both realised their feelings for each other. But they hadn't begun to think of telling each other not untill they ran into each other unexpectedly.
It turned out they saw each other again near the ada building. So they exchanged numbers and started seeing each other more. And they were both suprised to find that they were going to be working at the same place in the future.
Soon the fake boyfriends act wasn't fake anymore. It was real and Dazai was the best partner Kunikida could ask for. And it was clear that Dazai also thought the same about Kunikida.

This one was rushed. And adding Fyodor probs made no sense at all. Hes here because im bad at doing original characters and couldnt think of any. I also most likely wrote him bad because never wrote anything with him before.
Think of this as an au that makes no fucking sense. This takes place sometime b4 dazai joins the ada. And fyodor is there earlier than he is in cannon for some reason.
