Darkness surrounded me and tried engulfed me stay forever but I heard whimpering and crying.

My eyes flashed open to see the little girl next to me with blood all over her body.

I tried to lean up but I couldn't. It felt all of my bones were broken and superglued to the ground.

I scooted over to her the best I could with every move sending exotic, burning pain through my body.

I finally was next to her but she was already has too much if a loss of blood. Her eyes would slowly close then flicker open like she didn't want to die here.

I leaned on my side with no much pain as before. I guess it's the power of werewolf healing.

I looked down at the girl to see too much blood and tears streaming down her face. She wasn't going to make.

I spoke in a quiet and soft voice. "What's you're name?"

Her eyes moved towards my figure and whimpered out. "Melinda."

"Well Melinda. I can tell you're going through a tough time here and just wanted to say I'm sorry. This is all my fault. If I would have died many years ago with my family. Everything would just be fine."

She closed her eyes and opened them. "You're family would want you to live for them. Also how would you know that we don't need you in the future. Live. Live for them. It may be harder but that's what we need to live."

She coughed up blood and her bright light soul just flickered and went out.

She looked peaceful besides the blood all around. I hope she finds a good place.

Then I started crying. Balling my eyes out.

I sat there about twenty minutes crying until I healed up with my power and was able to walk.

I got up and leaned over to grab her wrist. I slid of a bracelet of my wrist my father and mother game me. I tied it to her and kissed her forehead. "Tell them I love them."
She will know who.

I picked her up and carried her to a meadow that was beautiful and bright just like this little girl. This is where she belongs.

I took an hour to dig a whole in the ground and place her in it. I covered it up and planted flowers onto of her grave. "Sleep well Melinda."

I kissed the tip of my fingers and placed it on her grave. I got up and walked away without looking back.
