"oh sir" Emelia smiled as she knelt again.
"You see, when Daddy bought the malt, I shook the first one and went to John's class. It was broken by then so I gave him the one I shook. You should have seen his face when he opened the malt."I laughed as I explained everything.
"I never knew you were sensible like this"sir Eugene complimented and laughed.
" The malt poured on him?"Claire asked. I could see she was trying to contain her laughter judging from her red cheeks and teary eyes. I nodded and all the tears fell from her eyes.
"OH MY GOD Ella. You are savage" she exclaimed laughing hard totally forgetting the fact that she was kneeling.
"I know. I know. I'm a goddess that's why" I looked at Sir Eugene for confirmation. He raised his eyebrows staring at me like an idiot. I gulped and turned away from him. I didn't want any insults right now.
Just then, the bell rang and I glimpsed at Sir Eugene smiling.
"Sir please we have you,"I said.
"Eiii Ella. Go and drop your bag erh. You've not even entered your class."Sir Eugene raised his hands dramatically as he laughed. I just frowned and as I walked past them, I heard Claire say 'Ala seriousus student!' with laughter accompanying it. It is good that Sir Eugene made her kneel. She should kneel till break.
When I entered my class, I greeted everyone in the class and I started taking the names of people who were present in the register book.
After settling down, Sir Eugene came to teach us Chemistry. In the middle of the lesson, when he sees we are getting bored a little, he cracks jokes to energize the class. Trust Sir Eugene to make the best jokes and facial expressions, haha!
Soon it was break and I went downstairs to the cafeteria. I saw some of my friends sitting at the table and me being me, rushed to them.
"Hey guys!" I greeted excitedly.
"Hey elongated soul!"James called as he smiled teasingly and stretched his hand for a handshake. I frowned at him as we did our special handshake.
"I will look for a name that fits you well" I was determined.
"I don't think I've seen you angry before, you are always smiling," Lydia said as I sat down.
"Give me a reason why I shouldn't smile" I replied as my smile deepened.
I then dug into my food.
"Relax," James said
"Relax what?"
"You are eating too fast"
"Ah, let me enjoy my meal. If I choke you will buy me water"
"Who?"
"You," I said as I chewed chicken. James just hit his forehead and got up to wash his bowl. After some time, Wyanti my funny and adorable friend with an enormous forehead rang the bell dramatically for break over. One day, I will steal the bell, then no one will get to ring it, then I will spend the rest of the day here. I smiled at my thought. Silly girl!
The rest of the day was fun. I enjoyed every bit of it as usual with chatting with my friends and teasing people, reading books, solving questions,s and, kneeling most of the time because Sir Eugene will not let you pass unless you kneel for a few minutes.
