John was playing Mortal Kombat. Nice! He's so focused and he's flinging the keys on the pad like he's desperate. I quietly entered the room tiptoeing towards him.
"Tadaa" I exclaimed as I dropped the cockroaches on him. Immediately,I did that, he flinched so hard and dropped his pad. Hahaha!
"Ahhh"he screamed like a girl and desperately tried to get the cockroaches off him. I even forgot myself as I laugh my all at him. It was so funny seeing his terrified face. How he twisted it like a mosquito. The moment he looked at me, I just knew it was time to run. My legs move on its own as his started to run. My slippers flew in the air as I ran fast like an athlete who seriously wanted to win.
"John,they are fake oo!"I yelled as my laughter filled the air.
"Don't you know I was about to defeat Shinnok? I won't stop till I catch you. How will you feel if I did that to you"he kept on talking and talking but I pleaded because I was running out of breath. Oh no, the corridor was coming to an end. Good ! The staircase! I didn't want to look back but I could tell from the running steps nearing,that he was closer. I swerved when he tried to hold my top.  I got to the staircase and literally jumped over it. I continued jumping on the staircases leading downstairs. I entered the hall, totally forgetting that Daniella was there, staring at me in confusion. I ran past the hall ready to run somewhere and hide. Yes!
" Aunty! Aunty! Hannaaahhh!"I yelled as I frantically tried searching for them as I ran to get out of John's grip.
"Yes!"Great! That was Aunt Lisa 's voice. I ran to the kitchen with John trailing a little far behind me.
I ran to her and quickly hid my body behind hers.
"Whats wrong ?"she asked but when she saw John enter the kitchen with beads of sweat on his forehead and panting with an angry face, she immediately understood.
"So you pranked him right?" She murmured as she turned her head to her side. I nodded.
"Aw, John, Adwoa(me) is just a little girl. She doesn't know anything "she turned to look at John as she defended me and looked at me with the expression 'no offence' written on all of her features. I had no choice but to agree. Just to save me from this raging bull.
"Ah, aunty no, I don't like that. I was about to defeat someone"he twisted his face like he was about to cry.
"Aww you wanna cry"I feigned a crying face to annoy him the more.
"Hey"he tried to beat me from aunty's front.
"John, Calm down"aunty said and then moved from me to tell John something in his ear. I didn't want John to beat me so I held onto aunty's cloth but she hit my hand hard that I removed them.
She whispered something to John, which I couldn't hear properly. I saw John smirk and look at me like he had just found the perfect prank idea. Nothing new is in that tiny head of his! I hope so.
John left and I breathed out a sigh of relief.
"Aunty you are the best!"
