Kemi's POV 🌹❤️
It's kind of hard dressing up one handed but I made it work. It was currently Saturday and I was about leaving for Sophia's. It's been a while I was there and I've missed her brothers. Sophia, Jasmine, Chichi and I used to hang out alot at her place during junior school and a little bit during senior. She had three older brothers that teased her to death. They were super adorable to watch and it made me wish I had one but it's too late for that I guess."Wassup babies" I yelled walking through Sophia's front door. It was surprisingly open.
"How did you get in?" Sophia asked from her place on the couch.
"Front door was open" I said shrugging.
"Chichi I told you to lock it" she yelled marching to the kitchen like she was ready for war.
Incase you guys were wondering, yeah you, my wrist feels better. I'm actually thinking about coming to school next week. I can't cope with the loneliness anymore.
I took a sit on the couch and grabbed the chocolates Sophia was eating. It looked like she didn't need it anymore. I got out my phone and flipped through social media.
"What's all the yelling about?" Asked Joshua, Sophia's immediate older brother. "No way. Kemy bear?"He asked when he noticed me. Don't mind the nickname. He loved giving everyone goofy nicknames. Joshua is in his second year in the university.
"Heyyyy" I said rushing to him only to be crushed in his bear hug. "I thought you'll be in school" I said when he released me.
"Can't a guy come home when he misses his family and is tired of school?" He asked tickling me and I just giggled moving away.
"Not a guy like you. They'll have to force you to go back" I said and we both laugh. "Which course are you studying?" I asked as we move to where noise was coming from. The place we knew would be Chichi's permanent residence until she finds something substantial. The kitchen.
"How can you know I'm in my second year but not know what I'm studying?" He asked confused.
"I've forgotten what Sophia said it was" I replied pouting.
"Business administration"
"Oh yeah"
"What exactly are you looking for Chichi?" Sophia asked. It was obvious she was getting extremely frustrated.
"What's going on Soph?" Joshua asked.
"Help me ask Chichi o. She's been searching for something she didn't keep since morning" she replied hissing and folding her arms. Nobody should start vexing o. That's how the both of them are in people's houses.
"Why can't we ever have a normal hangout? Someone must always rush into the kitchen" I finished with an exasperated sigh. "Where's Jasmine anyway?" I asked finally noticing that the group of 'food musketeers' were not complete.
"She's on her way" Sophia replied and I just nodded.
"Chichi what exactly were you looking for?" I asked leaning my elbows on the slate countertop and resting my head on them.
"Chocolates"
I don't even know what to say to the girl. All this for chocolates. And I thought I was the one with the obsession.
We were currently watching a movie. I wasn't enjoying it. Not one bit. It wasn't scary per say but the blood was a bit extra. I suggest you never watch the Texas chainsaw massacre. I should have known it would turn out like this. I mean, the name even screamed danger.
