No One knows about Himiko x Katsuki x Neito siblings.

It's Katsuki and Neito's birthday.

Katsuki's Pov
It's Friday after school everyone is in the common room minus Shinso. I was told an abundance of happy birthdays. I have been given multiple presents for all sorts of things. I look over to the corner of the common room and see Shinso give Neito something they talked for a bit then Shinso had to leave. Neito looked sad I frowned. I excused myself and got something out of my room before walking towards Neito. "Hey, are you okay?" I asked concerned. "I don't have as many friends as you do to celebrate my birthday. My only friend is Shinso. He gave me my present we talked for a bit then he had to leave to go talk to his Dad." Neito said sadly. "What did he get you?" I asked. "He gave me a copy of a book that I kept on stealing from him to read," Neito said with a slight smile. "I would never forget to give you a birthday present happy birthday little brother," I said with a smile bringing the present from behind my back in front of him. He gently grabbed the present and opened it. "I got a custom-made hair clip with your name on it. In your favorite color light blue. I hope you like it." I said with a smile. "I love it thank you, Suki!" He said happliy hugging me I hugged him back then we let go of the hug. "Your present is at the house sorry." He said. "It's fine," I said. My phone buzzed. I looked at the message it was from Himiko. It says ' Come to the house quickly it's an emergency bring Neito and your things.' We both looked at each other before getting our things and leaving. When we got to the house and opened the door it was dark we both got in before I turned on the lights. Mom, Dad, and Himiko jumped out yelling "Suprise happy birthday!" Both me and Neito jumped a little. The house was decorated with festive banners,  balloons, and other things
There were gifts by the table and a split orange and light blue cake on the table. "I already got Suki's present from your room Nei it's on the stack," Himiko said.

No One's Pov
They had a fun time celebrating and playing games. It was Katsuki and Neito's best birthday yet. Himiko got them both a matching charm bracelet that matched hers. Katsuki got a new set of earrings and piercing studs from his parents. Neito got a chessboard set and custom pro hero pieces. Neito got Katsuki a custom necklace with his initials in black and a tint of orange.
