Shizuoka Hospital July 1st Todoroki Rei has just given birth to her first son Todoroki Natsuo. Her second daughter Todoroki Fuyumi was born on June 30th one day before. This pregnancy was worse then Touya's. Doctor Nobuyasu walked into the room. "I have good news and bad news." Doctor Nobuyasu said seriously. "Good news first please, Doctor." Rei said slightly desperately. "Your children Todoroki Fuyumi and Natsuo are perfectly health." Doctor Nobuyasu said. Rei sighed in relief. "What's the bad news?" Enji asked gruffly. "Well there were multiple compilations with the pregnancy and births because of the twins. While the babies came out health. Mrs. Todoroki can no longer have anymore children." Nobuyasu said seriously. Rei looked over to her husband. He held fury in his eyes. Rei was terrified but she held so much relief in her heart. 'Maybe this will finally stop him.' Rei thought to herself hopeful. If only Rei remembered who exactly her husband was.

Fuyumi and Natsuo were 2 years old then they got their quirks. They both had ice quirks. Rei looked at Enji terrified. His eyes narrowed onto Rei. Enji grabbed Rei's wrist and yanked her into their legacy room. "You have disappointed me Rei. If you won't give me a heir. I have look else where. Touya has a stronger ice quirk than you ever did. She would make a excellent choice to make the heir." Enji said with a familiar gleam in his eyes. Rei eyes blown wide at Enji's crazy suggestion. "Touya?! But she's only 7 years old?! You can't Enji! Not my Baby! I won't let you!" Rei yelled at her husband. Enji was anger as he slapped her hard across the face. Rei fell to the ground hard holding her stinging cheek. "I don't need a insolent whore like you anymore!" Enji yelled at Rei.

The legacy room's door creeked behind them. Rei and Enji's heads both whipped around towards the door. "Touya you don't have to hide Dear you can come inside." Enji called out softly. The door creek open as the white haired little girl walked in. She closed the door behind her not meeting anyone's eyes as she fidgeted with the end of her white spring dress nervously in fear.

"Touya we have good news. You're are going to have a new family member and you will be the one to bring them into the family." Enji said with a sharp pointed grin on his face.

Doctor Nobuyasu Kouzou was the doctor who delivered all the Todoroki children. He was a family friend of Enji's late grandfather.

Doctor Nobuyasu's quirk is 'Bloom and Blossom'. He can make people pregnant with the exact type of child they wanted, regardless of the impregnated person's age, sex, or gender. (The only type of person he can't get pregnant is someone who is infertile.)

Doctor Nobuyasu's Mother Nekomi quirk was 'Cat Senses'. Her eyes could widened and pinprick like a cats, her top and bottom canine teeth were sharp, her ears were pointed. She had a cat like nose. Her hair puffs up when feeling negative emotions.

Doctor Nobuyasu's Father Kazuto quirk was 'Grow'. He can made plants and animals more fertile.

Before Doctor Nobuyasu came to the house. Touya was moved into the room next to her mother on the other side of the house away from her siblings.

After Doctor Nobuyasu came to the house. Natsuo and Fuyumi were told that they were getting a new sibling and Touya was going to be helping their mother through the pregnancy.
