Everyone in this universe has a soulmate. A different colored streak of hair appears on everyone on their 14th birthday. People with the same colored streak of hair are soulmates.
Natsuo and Shigaraki have a royal blue hairstreak to show their soulmates.
Natsuo's pov
8 years ago. 2 days after my 14th birthday. Yumi and I were walking by an alleyway went I saw a boy about my age maybe one year older. With black hair and red eyes with a royal blue streak of hair just like me. I blushed. I turned to Yumi to show her but went we turned back he was gone. Since that day I have been having dreams about it. And recently I have been having visions of us in an alleyway kissing. I always blushed at the thought of that happening. I think to myself what would Touya do in this situation. I know what Touya would do, he would be his normal tsundere self by confronting the person with an awkward yet confident conversation using his charms. I laughed to my self thinking that's how Kei and he started dating. I start my normal routine for the day. Helping Yumi and Rumi with breakfast, taking Sho and his boyfriend to school, working at the hospital for 10 hours, coming back to the school to take Sho home, help Rumi and Kei with dinner while Yumi helped Sho with homework, eat dinner, and going to bed dreaming about my mysterious soulmate, then the day's replay. I think will I ever meet this mysterious soulmate? Does he even exist?
Shigaraki's pov
8 years ago after I murdered my family I roamed the alleyways for the next year that's when I met him. My Snow Prince, my soulmate. I was 15 went I was in an alleyway looking for somewhere to go. Went two teens walked by. A girl that was probably a few years older than me and a boy that was probably the same age or one year younger than me. The boy had white hair with grey eyes and the same royal blue streak in his hair. I blushed when he looked at me then I ran away. That when I meet my Master and joined the Lov. Since that day I always thought about him. I dreamed, wishing to see him again. I even had visions of us kissing in the same alleyway. I blushed thinking of all the things that could happen as we kissed in the alleyway. "Hey Crusty Bastard!" Dabi yelled stopping my daydreams. "You Burned Bitch!" I yelled. "What's wrong did I ruin your dirty-minded daydreams?" Dabi said with a cheeky smirk. I blushed in frustration and embarrassment. "Mamagiri! Make Dabi stop pestering about my love life!" I yelled. "Owoo so I was right! Is it your soulmate or should I say, Snow Prince your thinking about!" Dabi yelled. "Wait?! How do you know that nickname of my soulmate?" I yelled confused. "Because I read your diary!" Dabi said with a cheeky grin. "That it! I am going on a walk!" I yelled as I slammed the door.

Shigaraki's pov
I walked to the alleyway where I met my Snow Prince. I heard screaming it was my Snow Prince being pinned to the wall by a random villain. (Insert epic fight scene) The white-haired man hugged me saying. "Thank you for saving me, my Mysterious Soulmate! I want to reward you ~" he said with a seductive voice. He kissed me.
Natsuo's pov
I kissed him then I hugged him. I felt someone pushed him off me making him fall to the ground. "Missed me Little Bro?!" Touya said as we both looked at him. "Touya! What the hell was that for?!" I yelled at Touya as I helped the black-haired male up. "Are you bloody kidding me? I have been 'dead' for 10 or so years and this is how you damn react went I come back!" Touya yelled. "I would have been nice if you didn't bloody push my soulmate on the floor!" I yelled back. "Wait wait wait wait!? Your soul mate is that bastard!?" Touya yelled confused pointing at the blacked haired male. "Touya! I swear to the death of Endeavour, you better not said another worded about my soulmate unless you want me to talk about the 'Walk-In Incident' because you know I would go there!" I yelled. "Fine, I'll be nice to him!" Touya yelled with blush all over his face. "I have questions! What the hell just happen? And what is the Walk-In Incident?" The blacked haired male asked. "I can answer one question but I'm not sure if Touya would want me to answer the other," I said smirking at Touya as he blushes intensely. "Touya and I are brothers! My name is Natsuo Todoroki and that jackass of a hero that's named Endeavour is our 'father'! It seem like you know Touya!" I said. "Well, we do know each other were friends I guess. I didn't know that his real name was Touya, he always went by Dabi to all of us. My name is Tenko Shimura or other known as Tomura Shigaraki." Tenko said.
