They were dating secretly from his siblings since they were 13 and 14. They gave each other promise rings. Went they started dating. Touya's was the black ring and Keigo's was the silver ring.

In the past Keigo's Pov
"Babe!!" I called. "Yes, Birdy?" He responded looking at me. "Where are we going?" I asked. "We are going to visit my siblings." He said. "Yayyy!" I screamed. I had always loved Touya's siblings. We got to his house got his siblings everyone had swimsuits under their clothes then we all walked to our usual spot in the forest by the lake where we always take his siblings to. He also confessed his love to me there.
We all swam, laugh, played around, took pictures, and just overall had a great time. Only if we knew what was about to happen. The next day I woke up to the sound of the fire alarm late at night. I got scared for Touya since I didn't know where he was so I called for him. "Babe?! Tou?! Touya?!?!" I walked closer to the fire it was blue so I assumed Touya had to be there. "Touya!?" I called with tears. The fire was too dense to see if he was in there. "Keigo! Leave me here go somewhere safe!" He called out. "No, I can't leave you!" I cried. The flames grow when the Commissioners came they dragged me out of the room I have tears running down my face crying out Touya's name. Trying to go back to him but they stopped me I was crying on the floor begging them if they won't let me help him at least let me see his siblings they agreed I told them what happened. From that day on I promised to help his siblings. The last things I had left of him were our memories, his siblings, my ring, and those pictures from yesterday.

Present time Hawks pov
Touya is 20

My dream stopped went I heard the alarming clock go off. I woke up as a sweaty mess. I unusual dreamed about the last memories of Touya I have been going to therapy for three years because of this.
I got up to take a shower when in the shower I think about why I became a hero. Then I remember what I promised myself.
Past pov
"I promised to you Touya I will keep your siblings safe for you at all cost!" I cried.
Back to present pov
Tears running down my face then I think of how I became a hero. I remember I pester Endeavor with begging until he gave me a job at his hero company so I can provide for Sho, Natsu, and Yumi. Our deal was Endeavor lived away from the kids while I lived with them and I take care of them to keep my job. We sometimes visited Rei in the Mental Hospital I am still trying to find a way to get her out of there. When I was done showering I got dressed then looked at the last pictures with Touya.

Then went downstairs since I had time before I started work And I talked to Yumi "Hey, Yumi! I came to see you before work!" I said smiling. Yumi spoke up. "You don't need to be working at this young age just for us." She said worriedly. "I want to keep all of you safe and if that means I have to work at a young age to provide for all of you to go to school and college it's a risk I am willing to take." I give her assuring smile. "Fine you can continue but it doesn't mean I support you spending money on us if we need money I can get a job myself I don't want to bury you." She protests. "No you are still in school I don't want to ruin your chances to get into college to become a teacher I made a promise and I'm attending to keep it," I said denying her. "Now excuse me I will come back to make dinner after work. I love you all bye!" He waves goodbye to them and flys to work a few seconds late he enters. "I'm here!" He announces. "Your late where were you." Endeavor said growling. "I was talking Yumi, before work, and I flew in a few seconds late sorry," I said. "Tch you will be on patrol for the next week from here to the city border do you understand as long as you take care of my kids for me you will still have a job. Got it?" He said angrily., "Yes sir," I said. "Now go!" He yelled.
"Yes sir" I responded. Then I flew off I started my patrol. A few hours I am on my last part of the patrol. I then saw a blue light so I went down to check it out I ended up in the alleyway. I saw a taller figure with a black hoodie and black jeans.
Dabi pov
When can I see you all again? I cried bloody tears setting stuff on fire because I am upset until I heard. "Hello? Is someone here?" The figure called. "Well speak of the devil there you are I was just thinking of you Birdy." I turned around.
Hawks pov
The figure turned around shocking me. "How did you know that nickname Dabi?!" I asked. "I'm sad you don't remember me!" He said. "What did you me-" I thought about it then I realized he is Touya. "Touya!?" I yelled with tears running down my face. "It is me Birdy," he said. I run straight to him hugging him tight kissing all over his face. Then I lose my grip and looked at him. "Why?" I asked. "I couldn't stay any longer you knew that," he said looking away. "We all thought you were dead why did you become a villain?" I said turning his head towards me. "I wanted to be free of Enji's grasp and I am so sorry I put you through that just don't tell them I'm alive until I'm ready," I asked. "Ok, I won't, I love you," I said. "I love you too." He said kissing me.
