Doctor's Patient

2 plus years before canon ages
Natsuo became a doctor at the age of 16.

No one knows what the lov members look like or their names so no one is suspicious of the members. No one knows the Pro Heroes' real names or their family's real names except Dabi because you all know why. Shigaraki has to go to the doctor's all the time because of a medical condition. The medical condition is PTSD: posted traumatic stress disorder. At the doctor's, office Shigaraki goes by his real name Tenko Shimura.

Shigaraki's pov
I'm waiting in the doctor's office for them to call my name. A few minutes later. "Tenko Shimura!" Nurse Zoe called. I walked to the room Nurse Zoe showed me and I sat on the bed. I play on my phone waiting on Doctor Yuri to come. I heard someone open the door I looked it wasn't Doctor Yuri it was a tall white-haired man that entered the room. I blushed. "I know I'm not who you expected but I promise you I will be as great as Doctor Yuri was to you!" He said with a smile. I blush more. "Oh silly me I forget to introduce myself! I'm Doctor Natsuo Todoroki it is a pleasure to meet Tenko Shimura!" Natsuo said with a smile. I blushed even more. I haven't even known him for a day and I am already falling for him. "It has seen that you suffer from PTSD may I know the reason why?" Natsuo asked. "I had a lot of family issues when I was younger. I was abused, left alone to fend for myself, and I saw my family die in front of me. This led me to have a hard time socializing with other people and having safety because it caused me to have trust issues. But for some reason, I feel so safe with you like I can trust you!" I said. Natsuo smiled softly. "I understand how you feel I grow up with an abusive father. I and My siblings had to fend for ourselves because our mother was sent to a mental hospital. After all, he made her go crazy so he could send her there. We all had a hard time socializing with others and finding safety. My older brother Touya before he died had trust issues with everyone except me, my siblings, and his boyfriend Keigo. He did everything to protect us I just miss him!" Natsuo said with tears. I got up and I hugged him. "We made it too far to turn back on our lives now!" I said. He smiled and hugged back. "Thank you!" He said in a soft voice in my ear. We broke the hug. "I recommend that we give each other our phone numbers so we can talk about our problems," Natsuo said. "That is a lovely idea!" I said. We exchange phone numbers as the doctor's apportionment ended.
I left the doctor's office to go to the lov hideout.

No one's pov
A few weeks passed, Shiggy and Natsuo got to know each other better they started dating a few days later. They hang out on Natsou days off and make out in alleyways. When no one is home Natsuo brings him to his bedroom and they have a fun time. They have been dating secretly.

Shigaraki's pov
A few months later
I got to my room after having a fun time at Natsuo place and I looked at his contact name it says'💕 Doctor Natsuo Todoroki💕' I blushed and smiled. "What are you smiling about Shiggy?!" Toga asked. "Nothing!" I said with a blush on my face. "Yeah right!" Toga says as she grabs my phone running to the living room. "Toga! Give it back!" I yelled running after her. "No! Dabi look at this!" Toga yelled passing the phone to Dabi.

Dabi's pov
Toga gave me Shiggy's phone. I look at what it says it reads '💕Doctor Natsuo Todoroki💕' I was shocked I had bloody tears down my face and I drop the phone to the ground with me falling to the ground on my knees as well. I was in full panic attack mode because I haven't seen or heard about my siblings in years. I screamed in panic.

Shigaraki's pov
I run into the living room to see my phone on the ground and Dabi on his knees crying bloody tears having a panic attack. We all tried to confront him the best that we could but then someone say. "Call Hawks he would know what to do!" Mamagiri called Hawks within a few seconds he arrived. Hawks ran to Dabi comforting him. "What's wrong Babe?" Hawks asked. Dabi didn't say anything all he did was point towards my phone. Hawks picked up my phone and looked at what it says he had a soft smile. Hawks put my phone down and hugged Dabi. "Everything is going to be ok. They still care for you no matter what I promise. And when you're ready you can visit them and tell them you're alive ok?" Hawks said. Dabi didn't say anything all he did was hugged Hawks tighter then fell asleep. Hawks put my phone in his pocket then picked Dabi up and walked to his room to put him on his bed then came back. "Who's is this?" Hawks asked pulling the phone out of his pocket. "It's my phone," I said quietly. Hawks nodded and said. "I need to speak to you privately." I nodded then we walked to my room closing the door behind him. "How did you get this name and phone number?" Hawks asked me. "Well I went to my regular doctor's appointment and they gave me a new doctor his name was Natsuo Todoroki. He says that 'We should have each other our phone numbers so we can talk about our problems,' I agreed to it and that was his number. I am also been dating him for a couple of months. But I have a question what does this have to do with Dabi having a panic attack?" I said and asked. Hawks sighed having a small smile. "Well Dabi is Natsuo's brother," Hawks said. "What!?" I said shocked. "Dabi's real name is Touya and their father is Pro Hero Endeavour." Hawks said.
