We were in public, that's the only reason she kissed me.

Again.

Levi turned the steering wheel, parking the car in front of Kenny's house.

It had been 2 hours already, but Levi hadn't stopped thinking about the kiss.

Levi walked to the door, noticing the security near the front of the estate. Levi walked passed them without trouble and entered the passkey to the front door.

After Levi entered, he heads straight for Kenny's home office. It's one of Kenny's favorite places to be in his luxurious house. 

Levi pressed his hand against the door frame to reveal the back of a chair, a couple of bookshelves, and a beautiful view.

Kenny took a sip of his Chardonnay and turned his chair to face his Nephew, folding his arms and leaning onto a bookshelf.

"You look like you're in a good mood," Kenny observed.

"I was," Levi replied. "Until I got a call from a certain shithead, who finally found one brain cell."

Kenny laughed, then took another sip of his drink. "Oh, so he called you too, runt?"

"Yeah, and I take it he tried to call you too?" Levi questioned. Kenny nodded in response. "He threatened me, he said he would go public."

"Oh really?" Kenny smiled deviously.

"He's more of an idiot than I thought, though," Levi said. "I told him that if he went public all the money he would get would be lost-

"And he believed that?" Kenny asked. "Even though-

"He wouldn't be getting any of the money regardless of the outcome." Levi finished, leaving Kenny smiling. Kenny starts to chuckle. "You're smarter than I think, runt."

"No, he's dumber than you thought." He corrects Kenny.

"But, why didn't you go for his public image?" Kenny asks. "Wouldn't that have been a better counter?"

"I thought about it, but we know he cares about money more." Levi clarifies.

"I see,"

"Well even if he is stupid, we shouldn't underestimate him," Kenny concludes. "There are a lot of things I can do, but I can't read minds."

Levi silently agrees with Kenny.

"So, what did you want?"Kenny asked.

"I was just near here, so I thought I would stop by,

"Near here?" Kenny said. "What were you doing?"

"I was double-checking everything, for the party," He answers. "Venue, food, and a few other things."

Kenny smiled. Kenny had a big grin plastered on his.

"Fuck off," Levi sneered.

"Oh wow, you don't just like her-

"Tch." Levi turned his head away from him.

Kenny breaks out into a hearty laugh before Levi starts walking to the office door.

"Make sure you're not late, Kenny," Levi announced before he leaves the room.

"Don't forget about me," Kenny warned. "I don't get to see your shortass every day, so give me a call."

"And visit!" He yells.

"Whatever, Kenny." Levi scoffs. He then walks to the opposite end of the mansion to leave.
