WE WALKED into the school, and it smelled fucking old. "So, you guys have magic here at Auradon? Like wands and things like that?" Mal asked.
"Yeah, it exists, of course, but it's pretty much retired. Most of us here are just ordinary mortals." Ben nodded as Audrey was clinging to his arm.
"Who happen to be kings and queens." M shrugged like it was nothing.
"That's true. Our royal blood goes back hundreds of years." The couple laughed while she lifted his arm up over her shoulder.
"Doug. Doug, come down!" The prince shouted, dismissing himself from his girlfriend. Doug came down the stairs beside Ben. "This is Doug. He's gonna help you with your class schedules and show you the rest of the dorms. I'll see you later, okay?" He reassured, only looking at Mal for some reason.
"And if there is anything you need, feel free to-"
"Ask Doug." Aurora's daughter butted in...again, and the two gave another forced laughter. The couple left and Doug waved.
"Hi, guys. I'm Dopey's son? As in Dopey, Doc, Bashful, Happy, Grumpy, Sleepy and...Heigh-ho..." He sighed when he looked at Evie.
"Evie, Evil Queen's daughter." She introduced herself, hands on her hips as always.
He shook his head while Mal and I stepped closer, looking at the clipboard in his hands. "Okay, so about your classes, I put in the requirements already. History of Woodsmen and Pirates, Safety Rules for the Internet, and uh, Remedial Goodness 101."
"Let me guess," M smirked, eating a candy.
"New class?" I finished for her and he nodded his head.
"Come on, guys. Let's go find our dorms." She dropped the wrapper on the floor, going up the stairs with us on her tail.
"Oh, uh, yeah. Your dorms are that way, guys." Doug pointed down the hall. We turned around, going back down and striding down the hall of doors. We finally found ours and Mal pushed open the door. I smacked a hand over my mouth as we walked in.
"Wow... This place is so amaz-" Evie gasped.
"Gross."
"I know, right? Amazingly gross. Ew." She corrected herself and I saw her silently scream.
"I wish I could make this room invisible." I gagged, throwing my bag on one of the beds, furthest from the door, out of the three in line. "Ugh, I'm going to need some serious sunscreen." M grimaced.
"C, E." She pointed at the curtains, and we all went over, closing them to block out the light.
"Phew!"
"Much better." I grinned.

It was now dark out, and we were visiting the boys' dorm room. I opened the door, turning the knob. Carlos was in front of a screen playing a game while Jay was over at his bed.
"Jay, what're you doing?" M questioned as we went over to him.
"It's called stealing," Jay smirked with a pile of objects littered on his mattress.
"Okay, what's the point?" She scoffed.
"Well, Mal, it's like buying whatever I want,"
"Except it's free." I continued while he pulled a computer out of his pants.
"Okay. So, you can do that, or you could leave all of this here, and pick it up when we take over the world." Mal grinned.
"You sound just like your mom." Evie smiled while fixing her makeup, and sat on the other bed with me standing beside her. M held her hand over her heart.
"Thank you!"
"You do it your way, and I'll do it mine." My brother shrugged, walking away, and I followed, standing next to the table in the center of the bedroom.
"Die, suckers!" Carlos yelled, turning around while standing on a platform fence. "Jay, come check this thing out! Man, it's awesome!"
He stepped down, handing him the orange and teal sticks. Jay jumped up, exclaiming while playing the video game.
"Guys!" M yelled. "Do I have to remind you what we're all here for?"
"Fairy Godmother... Blah, blah, blah..." I made a gesture of a chattering mouth with my hand on Carlos' shoulder.
"Magic wand... Blah, blah, blah..." J continued for me, glancing over his shoulder, and the other two laughed.
"This is our one chance to prove ourselves to our parents." We froze, twirling around to look at her. "To prove that we are evil and vicious and ruthless and cruel. Yeah?"
"Yeah." We nodded. I was never my father's favourite, Jay was, so maybe this was my chance to prove myself. And my mother was barely around, but when she was, she loved me. So, whether or not this plan worked out, didn't matter to me.
"Evie, mirror me." Mal clapped her hands and the two sat down. I stood beside E with Carlos pressed up against the left side of my back, looking over my shoulder. I could feel his breath on my cheek, which made my breath hitch slightly.
"Mirror, mirror on the - in my hand...where is Fairy Godmother's wand...stand?" Evie asked sheepishly, and the glass showed the wand floating. "There it is!"
"Zoom out." De Vil pointed.
"Magic Mirror, not so close." She whispered, and it zoomed out until we could see the whole planet. "Closer. Closer. Closer."
"Can I go back to my game? I'm on level three." The boy asked and stuck out a thumb behind him, turning back to the TV before I grabbed his hand, bringing him back.
"Stop!" Jay shouted, standing behind both girls.
"It's in a museum. Do we know where that is?" Mal asked us and Carlos typed on his computer, showing us.
"2.3 miles from here."
"Nice," I commented while Mal chuckled.
